I was disappointed when I saw Kosuke Fujishima didn't do the characters for the animation, yet it turned out good, but would have been even better if he did.

Depends on which red head you're talking about. The one in the white is Luke and he does love the girl with the Brown Hair. Her name is Tear. In my opinion these two are the best anime/game couple I've ever seen!
the timing is a bit of imo...and usually its hard timing it..(if ur not a pro..O_O") well i give this a 3/5...not being harsh here..im being honest. :)
ok well i like it because it has my fave opening in it and i love tales of the abyss but can you make one for tear but with the 2 opening i would but i can't get the song on to windows movie maker because mine is being fucking stupid right now

It was alright, I think. Syncing was ok...
Your main problem was the music, honestly. With just one character, it's hard to sync things for so long and make it nice at the same time.
But keep making them, and it'll get better ;)
