While you are right, you can get a decent sum of money by completing quests, most monetary rewards are leveled (higher level = more gold). The best way to earn large amounts of money in the early game is to go dungeon-diving. Walk along the main roads, go into any forts/caves/mines/ruins that appear on your compass, kill some baddies, and loot their corpses. Keep anything you think will be useful and sell the rest in the Market District. You'll be making bank before you know it.
dude u should go get umbra sword and umbra ebony armor, its very good for lower levels and i found it amazing, umbra sword is the best sword in the game other then a fire katana which i found once

X 1 request can you try to lighten the "heaaapt" I kind fo gets repetive for me watching to hear to multiple times when you jump, i know it might be a habit but can you try to lessen the amount u do it :/
i dont want to insult you but you dont rly understand about this kind of game, i started playing for the first time this game(the 2nd of the kind to my) and i was better than you at this point. Again idont wish to insult you just critacise :)
The door on the other side of the prison room needs a key to unlock. The only way to do it is open console commands and click on the door and type unlock. Then you can go in and there's valen. Also you can go through the turtorial secret passage again. but now there are guards who are semi glitched.
For X and anyone having trouble with lockpicks: look for the 'Skeleton Key', it's an unbreakable lockpick. You get it from a quest from Nocturnal's Shrine, a daedric shrine you find heading south on the east side of the souther river towards the Nibenay bay and north of Leyawiin.
If you want to pay your old friend in jail a visit, you might aswell join the Black Brotherhood. You will be provided with a contract that will allow you to sneak in through the sewers from which you came. Then you and that trash talking dunmer can "catch up".
So many memories... :)
Skyrim may have the better gameplay, but nothing matches X ambling about Imperial City.
