This is a good video, which helps explain the poor guys state today. having experienced such adulation of the fans (and he really goes nuts when he scores), there's nothing to replace that when you stop playing. Poor gazza didn't have the friends or the sense to pull himself into line, a bit like Celtic's 'Jinky' Johnstone. A victim of his own success. It's too bad he can't be more aware of his legacy and what he meant to the fans. Hope he gets things sorted.

Gascoinge was a great player and a great player for Rangers no question, a big league player and a big league ego like all the greats in British football. But Smith and Rangers should have had him followed on a minute by minute basis. The coke, the money, the women, the fights in the toon, what was covered up by Rangers would turn your hair grey, and the gangsters he ran about with off the field where shady f&&&&rs. to see him now I pity the poor guy.
