  • I'm waiting the review of the new Alienware x51 dude!

  • gaming pc? you could build a better one for half the price. almost anyone can build a pc, its not rocket science.

  • @NightpredatorX Always better to build one yourself. ESPECIALLY if you don't want to pay an extra 500 dollars for an Alienware logo.

  • Dave what monitor do you use?

  • This is why i like Dave... He loves his Apple stuff but he still appreciates that a good gaming PC is needed :D

  • Sorry for asking a stupid question. Does Dell own alienware?

  • @mrbeady9 yes

  • @AgodlyOne

Thank you. I thought they were just checking.

  • @mrbeady9 Yes.

  • @davomrmac

    Thanks Dave.

  • @mrbeady9 They do, but....Alienware is a company alone. It does not have dell quality or parts. They are however working FOR dell.

  • @pcman500OMFg THANK YOU everyone just assumes that since dell purchased Alienware hat the systems are constructed of low end parts ...that is definitely not the case Alienware still provides higher quality components for a lower cost then companies like falcon northwest

  • @DarkAsylum316 Finally, someone that gets it. I bought a dell laptop one year ago and it falls apart. It is overheating and even has a hard time playing BF1942. Its a dell studio 1558 i7. I dont expect that from an alienware. I'm saving up for the aurora r4.

  • @mrbeady9

Yes they do in a sense as they bought the company however if you request Alienware expert and get a custom rig.

  • @mrbeady9 Not only that. Since it is owned by them the prices have risen while quality has sunk to a horrible level... After the slogan: "Nice outside, shit inside". Get a nice case and put some really good hardware inside and you are actually MUCH cheaper then them.

  • why did you get the R3 not the R4?

  • Are you keep this? And is your studio in the same house as your office?

  • @DanielHjorthPhoto I can't really advise too much on that as I am not a lawyer. However, if you were out in a public place there is not a lot you can do about it (I think).

  • @DanielHjorthPhoto The most you can do is ask them to blur any identifying features (at least that's the law here in the UK, even if the image was taken while in public). You're better off consulting a legal professional though. The Citizens Advice Bureau would be the best option if you're in the UK, they give free impartial advice.

  • @TalesOfWar Thank you so much :-)

  • how much is that aline!!

  • wow, i would love to have an alienware pc :)

  • Why dont you Film this with Fraps Dave?

  • @zackdrink2 maybe its easier to show the computer with a camera?

  • @zackdrink2 He can't film the case itself with Fraps...

  • Love the Alienware FX lighting and the machine just looks badass to me.

    Great video Dave!

  • Im getting the Alienware M11x R3 soon with 4gb ram, will that be able to play MW3 and BF3?

  • @Bradleyj2k8 possibly, but id save a bit more for the m14x

  • @Bradleyj2k8

As a AW ser yes it will

  • I have a 2006 Raidmax Ninja case, it looks like an early version of Alienware case.

  • Go back to PC mate, it's awesome!

  • Expensive! D:

  • PLAY BATTLEFIELD 3 TO TEST IT OUT!!!!!???

  • @xXPARALYZAXx Shut the fuck up, Battlefield 3 isn't a "non-demaning" game....

  • @norra124 ok, ok, calm your farm, i was just asking to show off the graphics, no need to go ape shit :$

  • @norra124 wait wait wait WTF WTF have you played battlefield 3, wtf are you talking about , dude go wash your face and read your stupid post.

  • I'M PLAYING IT NOW

  • This really looks awesome. Can't wait for the graphics card upgrade video.

  • Very nice video again Dave keep it up

  • do it in dark

  • ye the old Dell XPS I have changes colours, etc. apart from just looking cool, the lighting just helps in general when viewing the ports at the back of the tower in dark/bad lighting !

  • I've gotten so used to not having a tower, that tbh I don't want to go back to it, but even as a mac user, if you want multiple screen support (more than 2/3 screens), multiple hard drive support and high levels of connectivity (expansion of ports, additional cards) a tower is the way to go...

  • There's no denying Alienware cases are so aesthetic. I would love it if they sold the cases alone at a realistic price. I could never justify spending money on an Alienware despite the design when I known I could build a more powerful system purchasing components individually.

  • Cooll

  • nice

  • really liking this type of videos Dave
