I am only guessing but I think the singing frog was voiced by Arnold Mcculler, who's best known for his work as a backup singer for James Taylor and Phil collins.
When I heard stand by me sang by prince royce i was like i can image frogs singing to this, and i felt like i've seen frogs sing it, and everyone thought i was crazy.. who's crazy now? haha.
