i had to edit from the beginning and end of the video to get it under the 10 minute limit. i had a better position this time and less to edit out so hopefully the audio will line up a bit better. Still learning about all of the tools i have at my disposal.
Hey everyone its Lonnie...first thing I have to say would be that the video itself has a little bit of a sound lag, other than that I would have to say ok. Some of our main problems are intervals and intonation, but that can be easily fixed.
I think most of our problems can be solved if we focus a little more and learn our music. Not to pick on sections but the mellys/ saxophone part cannot be heard at all. We need everyone to learn their part so we can have a fuller sound.
we have some good things going but we still have many problems. We need to gain confidense in our playing and marching. I could barely hear any sound and alot of people looked like they didn't know where they were going. We have a problem of not watching the drum major because everyone seems like they are in a different place. remember play by sight not sound. we also lack pride which i think is the most important. I know band isn't the coolest but we want this group to grow not fail.
Easily fixed?? plz.. seems like they've had this problem a while.. idk about this band
