John the baptist was the greatest in Jesus' time because he helped the people wash their sins and gain closeness to god. islam does not go by works, this is why we dont talk about muhammad's miracles, just the quran.
also go to 003.039 006.085 019.007 019.012 021.090 in the quran you find that john was a blessing to his parents, his mother was barren, and god blessed their family with him in their old age. now i think i have explained his greatness, when will i get my money =)

For example, a Muslim is a Terrorist. Therefore, the whole religion is about Terrorism.
I would say that this Muslim is not a good Muslim because he is not acting as his religion is teaching him to do.
If so many people are converting to this religion it cannot be that bad as you say. In fact, it is not bad at all.
