Ibanez guitars are, by far, the geatest "value" on the market. Not one of their guitars, down to entry level, will "suck". I have a basic Caiman and it's a nicely constructed guitar with outstanding tone and adequate stock pickups. I'd definitely trust it for gigging or stage purposes, although it wouldn't be my first choice. And the SA and RG styles can all growl nicely, which seems to be the "type" of tone that compliments this backing track the best. Guitar and Amehnophis both get thumbs up!

rg2570 is obviously a little better than the 1570. It comes with better pickups and a different appearance, other than that, there very similiar guitars. I just like the appearance of the 2570 better than any of the 1570's so I would get that.
