there were some good things about this game and some bad-the pitching perspective was very difficult to see the pitch-the physics of the game were fantastic. Some other games the ball was hit and only went in about 10 different places-when the ball was hit you could get triples, high bounding ground balls, I even hit an inside the park homerun once. the '95 version was an unbelievable upgrade
i remember this game came with stat cards for each team! i would be always the toronto bluejays..i would beat all my friends! best of 7 series!...once i put in duane ward in the 8th and the closer tom henke..it would be lights off for my opponents!! great memories
Hey, I didn't mean to be rude or anything. It's just that I've heard of this game, but I've never played it or seen it. I wanted to know how it sounded.
Um. Cardinals. That is all.

This is a good game but LaRussa '95 was better. In fact, Its probably the best baseball game ever made.

Just some advice : some people would prefer to hear the actual game sounds when watching game videos.

I know, I'm one of them.
As you can tell, this was before I got a capture card, so if I did record the sound there would be a lot of background noise.

Yeah, I know, I was thinking of putting a better video of it up a while back, but I forgot until you reminded me. So thanks!

lol I had this game. I remember being able to run a thousand miles per hour side to side, but up and down was like being a slug on Jupiter.

Yeah, I figured that out yesterday, then I turned the game off.

I agree, especially the pitching interface that became an industry standard.
