  • Yeah, most people that live near the coast don't eat freshwater fish. Lol

  • Beautiful peacock!!!!!! enorabuena.

  • nice one mate

  • nice fiish and great to eat wy you dont eat it

  • @mojondro 1) The water they come from is dirty. 2) It is frowned upon to eat a peacock bass. 3) I do not eat freshwater fish.

  • beast

  • can u tell me the address pleez

  • Is this in Miami?

  • You guys gotta get a pair of pliers.

  • good proportions - beautifulfish - you guys should always have a pair of needlenose pliers to help remove hooks - faster and better for fish too. 2 thumbs up!!

  • where is that

  • You Guys should check out c4fishingteam. They fish the canals and have awesome quality vids.

  • Nice peacock! lol @ the people saying that one is small. Pretty good size in my opinion.

  • @dmc16336 It is a nice size peacock bass. I liked the colors on it. My gf caught the biggest which was 22 inches and like 8 lbs. I got the video if you search through it.

  • This guy REALLY likes nice males.

  • amazing fish

  • @stripedbass29 It had great colors. I was a peacock bass ace when I was living over there. I would catch the most stubborn and hard to catch peacocks!

  • Beautiful fish great catch!

  • smart bringing him toward the branch in the water

  • I've caught bigger, with no camera around though... Check out my video of catching one POV!

  • you guys suck using saltwater bait ..i use a 7ft med with 12lb mono and a rapala husky jerk #12 just keep constant fast action in direction of fish and they will kill trust me

  • what golf course was this at?

  • how do u tell the difference between male n female?

  • @sipotK1K The males will develop a hump on top of their head sometimes before being fully grown.

  • Pond population: 1fish (Bass)

    After video was released.

    Pond population: 0 fish

  • @doxiong Explain yourself

  • was this before or after last years cold front?

  • can you tell me where this is?

  • what a beautiful fish

  • @moggar41 Thanks, I specialized in catching these when I lived in Miami, FL.

  • word, i fish around that golf course all the time. some nice fish in those ponds.

  • "Look at that MAYUL!!!"

  • bro thats really cool, what golf course is this??

  • @BreadFishLuck27 It is in Kendall, the indian golf course they got there. You are not supposed to fish there but these were just waiting to be caught!

  • @carag001 you man u know where theres alot at in halalia

  • You should get the fish away from that branch of your fish might get caught

  • All of my catches of freshwater are released. I really take care of the fish I catch.

  • oh but ive seen way bigger in the amazon i think but sorry nice fish

  • @NJFisherman100 You are absolutely correct, however, they are not the same species. The one in the Amazon is the Cichla Temensis which is very similar, except way bigger! These guys get about 23-24 inches maximum, maybe less than 10 lbs. The record is 9 lb 4 oz if I am correct.

  • @carag001 oh sorry but great catch

  • @NJFisherman100

I am glad you let them go. I also live in Miami and most keep them . The cold took a brutal toll on them than add how countless catch and keep them to eat and the population is now in real decline and FWC is not going to restock them ever again.

  • @BrownDarter thats sad their not gonna stock them i wish it was a world law that we have to release the fish we catch i do it any other people should to!!!!

  • @NJFisherman100 Florida is an ill run state and so many fish with no licenses and the state never enforces the fishing laws. The state is broke and stocking PB is not an option esp since they will die in huge numbers if a cold spell hits like last winter. I have emailed the FWC and police commissioners to have police ask to see fishing licenses as its a lot of revenue for the state but they don't care.

  • @BrownDarter that sucks

  • Thats a small peacock but one hell of a catch nice job

  • @NJFisherman100 It wasn't small, it was a good 18 inches. The biggest I have witnessed is my gf's 22 inch peacock bass. I got a buddy who caught one which was 23 I think. They were a good 7 1/2 lbs!

  • NICE.. Check out my really big bass, just click on my account or put BIG largemouth bass (MIKEY)

  • hell of catch nice fish man!

  • @EGOTTLIEB12 Thank you sir!

  • dude last time i went there some gay guy said we cant fish here and we got kidt out

  • @bassmaster13ful Out of the golf course? We got lucky that day, we just fished that one little hole. I have been kicked out once by the security guard @ the complex lake. I have gone really early in the morning though and had no probs. Remember to catch & release them. Someone sealed off the lake and big fish can no longer get across from the golf course!

  • whooooaaa nice fish man!!!

  • ADRESS PLEASEEEE

  • Nice catch. Do you know any good PB fishing spots in pembroke pines or in the south broward area.

  • Shit FUCK Largemouth bass ponds Peacock bass ponds are way better!

  • LMAO ok wow i guess taking a peacock off its nest is a fun way to catch them... like i said we can meet anywhere anytime and see who the real anglers are... have fun catching your 3 pound peacocks

  • Your videos really show us how to catch a peacock bass huh? Wow, you have so many I do not know where to look! Your going around trolling and leaving bad comments to anybody who catches a peacock bass? That is really lame.

If you knew anything about a peacock bass you would know its not the same as the Amazon. They behave differently. Live bait is best for them and lures in open water rarely do the trick. Please stop hating.

  • this is the worst way to catch them SCRUBS!

  • @ChrisCam001 I apologize. I did not know there is a correct way to catch a peacock bass. Are you saying this because its trying to make a nest? Its not like we killed it or something. keep trying to catch them in the open water with lures. I am sure your catch rate is pretty low unless you use shiners

  • @ChrisCam001 if it is the worst way to catch them then how did he catch em?

  • My peacock is 3 inches. You got to catch me one and ship it to SF bay area.

  • Nice peacock bro I was fishing for largemouths for the past 2 months. I wanna feel the wrath of a peacock!

  • Sweet peacock brotha

  • Where was this?

  • @asochuk

This was @ the golf course of Kendall. It is around 139 ave and 60 st

  • Awesome video. That fish gave a good fight.

    YoungAngler11

  • I thought he was going to come off @ the end but he was hooked nasty!

  • that is a GREAT catch and he was a good fighter too :3

  • That was awesome! I went to the TPC at Sawgrass one year and there was a huge gator in the pond by the 18th. I have got to get down there and fish sometime. Those peacocks are extremely nice looking. Im glad the water has stayed warm enough down there. I wish we had those here.

  • they let you fucking fish at a golf course pond???

  • We sneaked in. I will not do it so often anymore cuz I can get in trouble. They are all there though spawning. It is like a fish heaven to them with no fishing pressure. Gotcha lures are my new favorite peacock bass lure!

  • i gotta go bass fishing again with you guys

  • Hey, when you have not caught anything in the past week, it feels good to catch one like this!

  • yeah seriously...you working this friday? i'm free until around 4pm

  • I work.next week I got Tuesday and Friday and will likely go out on the little boat around Kendall lakes.

  • sweet let me know...I'll probably join you

  • You either join me or wont catch fish for a month until the next trip! I have some spots to re-visit

  • just let me know next week
