l,for one have a lot to thank Joshua Rifkin for. Without his revival of Scott Joplin some 40 years ago l would have never heard of the great man and wouldn't still be playing it now.
As far as l know Joshua,at 67 is still alive and well although we dont seem to hear him too
much nowadays. Then again,since the film The Sting,ragtime isn't as popular as it once was..
