I think the key to increasing her confidence is to tell her to imagine she must play "into" the violin. Her bow technique is very flautando (on top of the string). Tell her that the sound is in the string, not on top of it. Otherwise nice playing.

This is GREAT! keep on playn! and from what i can tell you have a good teacher and good practing technique. you don't go to fast or to slow make sure you can play the piece before you add the tempo and rhythm. keep the videos coming and great job!

first of all, how old are you. that was really good overall. your intonation in is great. work on your vibrato some more and clean up some of those 16th notes. you're on your way!
