just a quick warning, italian airports are really really badly organised! when my sister went to rome she got her ticket, only to find it had someone elses name on it! along with countless other things like there was no signs inside the airports on where to go, but apparently rome is really good so enjoy yourself!

Or in Western Asia you can visit the sea of West Turkey.

No aerosol cans will be allowed in carry on, so hairspray is not a good idea, and all bottles have to be 100 ml or less, the bottles cannot be bigger than 100 ml, bigger and half full will not do, And they all go in a ziploc. It's so awesome you are going to Rome! Just one little thing, if you are going to take your backpacks with you as carry-on luggage, they'll make you through away the hair spray, the shampoo and the conditioner cause you can not have a bottle of liquid or gel that's bigger than 100 ml. They will also not allow the razors. Just thought you should know, so that you don't have to lose your fav products in such a brutal way.

Florence and Venice was my favorite part of Italy. Rome was ok....some people are nice but I find a lot of Europeans...well I'll just say curt and not friendly (London)...maybe it was because I'm American while Bush was in office.
