  • a bucket of soapy water and a brush should do the trick. Love the turbo whine

  • Those trains are not used anymore

  • That's a really cool vid !

  • I'll be visiting Ireland in April, and be taking the train to Cork, Galway, (maybe to Sligo or Westport) and to the Giant Causway. I really wanted to go to Donegal, but no train service, darn.

  • but there is a train museum at Donegal in the old station.

And you should go to Cultra in Northern Ireland where the transport museum is. Very interesting!

  • Recommend you buy a Four Day Rail Trekker ticket. Can be purchased at train station ticket desk. This ticket will give you four days unlimited travel on all Iarnród Éireann services in the Republic of Ireland. Price of this ticket is €100

  • @b42baritone get the enterprise from connolly or drogheda and take it to belfast central. Get a taxi or something from te station, its not that far.

  • we're all train lovers just enjoying the video. no need for that kind of polictical tripe.

  • Except he's obviously pissed off that most people in Northern Ireland understandably don't want to be part of his version of what 'Ireland' should be.

  • great video, and irish music is the greatest sound in the world

  • Things have changed so much since then!!

  • some lovly looking trains there !! 5*s nice vid 2

,,,,,just happen to notice the writing on the platform ,,nxt they will be erecting 10ft high fences on the platform!!:( im not a keen fan of the yellow line syndrome that plagues rail enthusiasts !!

  • Why can't we get through just one single day without invoking "The fields of Athenry"? Whether we're out for a pint, marking a national holiday, celebrating our accomplishments, staging a football match, and now, even making a video about our railways, yep, it's Athen-f*%@#n'-ry all bloody night long. The rest of the world, in order to be PC, pretends to like it too. It first came out in the '70s (a Paddy Reilly hit); it was a whiney, self-pitying dirge even back then. Pass the flamethrower :(

  • Actually, I did it without intention... Just haopended by chance! As I said in the description, I just had to cover the original noise.

  • Hermoso material. Como siempre muy bien filmado y presentado. Is correct?? Narrow gauge 1000mm;medium gauge 1435mm, broad gauge 1676mm??
