Ramit-I really disagree with you regarding your statement on not to invest in stocks. If one has a Brokerage account-then stock can be a great option for day traders or for short-term hold. I think-stocks are fine as long one has researched the firm throughly and I prefer ETF funds over Index Funds anyway. But, I think you need to distinguish that-one can't invest in ETF or Stocks directly in the 401K plan-because many people might be confused.
