have you tried getting a plan through the employee value program? if you get one through there or work someplace where you get get a discount with sprint, then it becomes a lot more affordable. splitting the cost between two lines + the evp discount or student discount is a great deal. its what im doing right now. plus blackberry curves are buy one get one free right now! i say go for it. its definitely worth it man. go for it.

@alertlonestar 60 bucks on boost, with the blackberry 8330 gives you unlimited everything.Calls, text, and data. Works off of the exact same towers as sprint. But almost every other carrier in the U.S. offers unlimited data plans for about 30, like you stated. However, there are still companies that charger for web data by the GB. So, if you are paying for web by usage you def need to switch carriers.

The 8330 sucks. I got it back in February of this year and right away it started turning itself off and back on. Then my replacement one did the same thing. Now I am using the Tour - 9630 which is a hell of a lot better.

No this is a sprint model. Look on Ebay I believe you can get at&t for roughly the same price about 250, but yeah I really like the phone and I definitely recommend it.
