A...Your strings may still be stretching...unlock the nuts, stretch your strings and then retune...once in tune...lock the nuts down and retune using the fine tuners near the body.

B... You need to take your guitar in and have them set the spring tension in back (this is by far the most frustrating thing about a Floyd Rose)...You can burn up a lot of strings as well!!!! Good luck and good cover dude!

Jacksons suck compared to ESP.. PERIOD.

Jacksons are performer guitars, ESP is an all purpose guitar. They look good and are well.

LTD and ESP.

An LTD is an esp CHEAPER becuase the materials its made with.

And you will see jackson simply DESTROYS esp. esp is good for metal PERIOD so is jackson. jackson also does blues, rock and METAL. Go pick up a quality jackson and a "quality" Esp. The only esps that might top a jackson are the ones for like 2,300 +

and I have an EC-1000 w/ floyd rose its black trasnpaerent.I hate Jacksons. Haha. But! I am a metal head.METALMETALMETAL. Haha... the blues sound is great. But.. Im a metal head.I only use the jackson with a Bogner amp. Brinds out GREAT tone.But I can use the esp on any amp, cuz the esp fits my style. Jackson are great just ESP is better for metal, ya know?

Actually its because they are made not only with cheaper materials but they are machine produced ESP guitars are all HANDMADE, LTD are machine made.

won't stay in tune w/ proper set up? Well I release all the locks near the head of the neck and tune all the strings as close as I can just like that, then tighten the locks and use the fine tuning near the bottom to get it precise. If that's what ur asking..

yeah, i'd downloaded Tux but i cant get the tab because the default settings make things go onto Microsoft Word instead :S its all messed up

lol right click the file and go to open with then find the tux guitar progam.. at bottom of the openw ith box is make this default program to run these files... ro somethign similar check that.. click ok bam

depends what you have now.. but i'd say definitely! the one problem is it sucks to change tunings, it takes a while, but once its in tune it stays! If u change tunings a lot..

i dunno lol i got it off a CD from a friend. but it's a pretty cool program, worth getting if u play a lot. There's a bar that goes over the notes as they're played, and sound comes out, it's electronic sounding, not electric guitar sounding which would be cool, but whatev. There's a free version tuxguitar u can try, i haven't tried it but it's essentially the same w/o some of the features
