you got any views on one of these making a grinding noise then producing an error saying scanner error,power off then on to clear?? i've ordered a new scanner but wondered if it could be anything else??? cheers

The scanner controller board I have seen go bad I have never seen the stepper motor or scanner motor fail, i could get both parts for you controller board + stepper motor. just send me a private email with your exact model I can get you a price.. Thanks Again
