Doesn't seem to be fake... There is certainly someone in the car and it wouldn't really make sense to destroy a 120 000£ supercar now does it? The car is right handed (left, if this is flipped), there's enough momentum to get through the wall and the stop isn't that instant so that it doesn't cause serious damage.
