How do vascular malformations cause neurodegenerative disease, especially MS??? I understood the initial part about lesions having high iron content and being able to look at the venus side by looking at iron in the the deoxyhemoglobin and correlating this to perfusion, but the only reason this guy seems to be interested in iron is because it is an element that he can use to look at the vessels--not because it is causing neuro demylenation or the lesions themselves. What am I missing here?

@vaaheeed You got that right! Placebo works better than the crap DMDs. Vacular conditions are not auto-immune but a repairable with angioplasty. Those drugs cannot clear a non-neurological issue. So our bodies are fighting these poisons and not knowing what to do with it. The reflux of the blood creates dirty blood going back to the brain. Which in turn causes iron deposits through our nervous system. If not corrected THEN MS symptoms starts. That is when these MS nureos get greedy!
