  • The US Census Bureau just reported that "all-white neighborhoods are effectively extinct." Why don't you write a song about this, you nigger-dick-sucking, sell-out, treacherous, wigger cunt?

  • Wow!

  • Great song ! Very moving and powerful. I hope it will be the same version on the Wrecking Ball album !

  • Miss you Big Man! much love <3

  • The Boss is the boss.

  • Like a BOSS!

  • 5:32 He's the man !

  • @Amblu i miss him!

  • amazing, he'll be amazing always!!!:) even if clemons isn't here anymore :(

  • @sahiblindberg I think we all know where he'd be. That whole ending would have been a classic solo

  • He wrote that song that day? I can't believe that. How could he have come up with profound lines like, "if you've got the guts mister, if you've got the balls," and "bring on your wrecking ball" in one day, and much less put that to root chords on a guitar. Man that's some genius stuff. Then he has the guts mister to name a new album after that boring, lazy, generic song? Wow. Truly the boss.

  • Hey Bruce,

When you come to our stadium on the 22nd June leave the ball at home. Can't wait for the day, you the best.

  • 2.01 is Classic

  • Title track of the new album, and what a song it is!

  • Legend, that's all.

  • I still wonder how it will possible to have "Jungleland" played live without Clarence - bit I guess if Bruce managed to bear it, I can too.

  • @adepetris69 there will be a sax player for the tour, probably C's nephew

  • How does a song about tearing down a stadium manage to fill me with hope? What a treasure, Bruce Springsteen...

  • There will be magic nights at Ullevi stadium with this song!

  • Thrilled for the new album!!!

  • This is the Bruce Springsteen that I love the Best.

The Bruce that is out to bust the wrecking ball' s balls.

  • Bruce is the best. Every song is poetry ... well except Outlaw Pete. Hahaha JK. Bruce is the man.

  • Sirius XM satellite radio E Street Radio the only station worth listening to.

  • UOMO IMMENSO !!!!!

  • Thank you so much for "Hold tight to your anger and don't fall for your fear"

I will embrace and hold it close to my heart.

  • ...and the GIANTS play the game.....

Why don't the jets get their own stadium, they are always poncing off the GIANTS.

  • @solefthanded2 Why are they called the 'NY' Jets and the 'NY' Giants when they play there games in NJ?

  • @Howiedoin77

I can understand Jersey's frustration. NY changed it's logo back from the GIANTS to remind all that they are first and foremost a NY team. Jersey gets to promote the state at every opportunity, though, a111nd I believe a good few of the players stay across the river so that's tax revenue too.

Alongwith the new EZ Dark Blue change, I should like to think the old Jersey state logo could be resurrected on midfield.

  • love this song

i was there 10 feet away from the stage on the first night they did this song

i think the date was september 30

and the year i think was 2009

  • AWESOME VIDEO. Great song. Thanks, Boss.

  • only bruce can rhyme with "balls" with "ball"

  • i was there for this song

  • I was there the night this was recorded, it was great, fireworks awesome....

  • It's definitely not you.

  • Is it me, or are half the comments bullshit debates about football shit, that doesn't really matter. Especially since this is a music video.

  • Hey! Who were the 3 idiots who didn't like this video?

  • @moboland47 Rebecca Black, Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus need to stop putting thumbs down in every video that rocks

  • @moboland47 Cowboys fans. "America's Team" couldn't get Bruce to dedicate a song to their old stadium. Only Giants Stadium gets that honor.

  • Somebody cough at 4:03 =D

    Springsteen the best!

  • Fantastic number!!

  • Quelle super chanson ! Bravo Bruce et bonne année à toi (et, s'il te plait, VIENS EN FRANCE EN 2011 !!!)

  • Bruce!

  • my favorite part is from 0:00 to 6:23

  • i was there great night

  • Am I the only CP player that loves Bruce?!

  • I'm a Jets fan, but Giants Stadium was great place to be especially when both teams had good season.

  • @Doc418 sure wish both of them would have gone to the super bowl well maybe they can when the superbowl is at the new stadium would love that to happen.

  • @bigchris1691 I would love to see that too...

  • This is an incredibly emotional song/performance/video. Long live Bruce!

  • @scorpino1280 why dont you start reading current events, all you jets claimed that the first preseason game was the fight for the rights to the new stadium, and what happened?? oh yea... you guys are like the mets trying to come take over yankee stadium, it just doesnt make sense, when the jets start actually doing something then you can claim the stadium as yours and brag. til then just keep bowing down.

  • ...Here where the blood is spilled, the arena's filled, and Giants play the game... GIANTS --- alternate version ...Here where the blood is spilled, the arena's filled, and CHAMPIONS play the game lol cant see jets in either version LOL GO GMEN GO BRUCE!!!!!

  • Jets > Giants

  • Hey Bruce don't worry maybe we'll let you play at our new stadium.

    Sincerely,

    The Jets

  • @scorpino1280 I think we can forgive him for being a Giants fan. We owe him that much?

  • @estreeter4life You guys WILL ALWAYS BE TENANTS IN GIANTS STADIUM!!!! PERIOD...

  • @estreeter4life when he did the super bowl he said he doesnt really follow football, so I would say he isnt a fan of either really

  • @estreeter4life Is it possible to be a fan of both or is that unheard of? are there more Giants or Jets fans in NYC?

  • @scorpino1280 Arent you happy the Giants let The Jets partner with them with the new stadium? Its the Giants Stadium also FYI

  • @scorpino1280

Hey Jets Fans, maybe the Boss can show you something about greatness and class. The new stadium was totally unnecessary and kinda sucks but the Giants still rule this city.

  • @scorpino1280 as long as he's a football fan and performs its good enough for me

  • @scorpino1280 win a fucking championship game why dont you

  • @scorpino1280 J-E-T-S: Just End The Season......LOL....GO BIG BLUE!!! :-)

  • someone doesn't like this video! Must be a Jets fan!

  • Is it me or does he seem like he can go on forever! BRRRUUUUUUCCCCCCCEEEEEEEEEEEE!

  • Bruce is a king among men .

  • @braindeadhick NO arguement here!

  • this video is nice

  • this is a great song. was it released as a single in the UK?

  • Ma quanto è bello ma soprattutto quanto è figo!!! Bruce il solo e l'unico!

  • there's nobody and there will be nobody like Bruce. He's the one and only BOSS!

  • I saw him in Nashville twice and it was unbelievable. Tonight we just watched the DVD of him with the London Calling concert. It was magical.

  • He's proof that with certain people sixty is just a number!

  • @estreeter4life so true saw him oct 03 giants stadium he was non stop great show great crowd great state love bruce giants and jersey

  • Bruce is 35, right? (:D)

  • yeah, Bring on that wrecking ball you morons

  • I feel this power and engery ever time when here him the best American Singer we where have

  • We travelled from London to see this final piece of history, and although i've seen Bruuuce 50+ times around the world(+hundreds of other concerts in my life)

this was up there with the Led Zep reunion concert as one of the best ever!!!

  • GO BRUCE KEEP COMING ha Miami Steve

  • EPIC! Glad I got to see him up at Giants Stadium back in '03. (Cant wait for the new Live DVD in June [the Hyde Park concert])

  • 4 nights in 2003... when drem came true

  • I feel so sad that I did never enter The Giants to see Bruce Springsteen

  • He is THE BOSS for all times !!!

  • LEGENDARY

  • i was there man it was a great show i was surpirsed that they used the pyro it was funny the whole stadium filled up with smoke as bruce came out for anouther song greatest show ever hope to see more of his hows thru out the year

  • unbelievable feeling.....I was there, and will remember it always. Proud to be from Jersey and get chills every time I hear Springsteen's voice

  • @ChiulliVista I've felt that way ever since the first time I heard his music.

  • @ChiulliVista Preach on, brother.

  • @ChiulliVista

I was there at Giants Stadium on nights 1 and 5, and will likewise always remember those shows ... extra special to have this song written just for us.

  • i was fuckin there!

bruce will break in the new stadium!

  • @aaw4ke Unfortunately Bon Jovi is the first act which isn't bad. But I'd rather see Bruce do it.

  • GIANTS BABY! Great Song!

  • AWESOME. The GREATEST entertainer in the World. I saw him NINE times in 2009 and the finale at Giants Stadium. I got tears in my eyes! Go GIANTS!

  • I hate the yankees and I hate the Giants; but I have to agree with you man. I saw him 8 times this year and hope he comes back to Fenway :)

  • Comment removed

  • @rlambert15 I'm a Mets and Jets fan who hates the Yankees and Giants. One of my best Bruce concerts was Fenway. There were more people outside the Fenway than inside.

  • @purenyyankee I was lucky enough to see the band 19 times during the WOAD Tour. Last show in Baltimore was bitter sweet.

  • @purenyyankee Did you see him in Buffalo when he ended the 2009 tour with "...Greetings..." in it's entirety?

  • What a song.the man is a living legend.there will never be another bruce.

  • @bierney No there sure won't. Sadly, pure rock will die with the E Street Band.

  • @bierney i watch this video brings back great memories from that show bruce wrote a great song to open that show go boss

  • so sad to see it go. So many fond memories.

  • @SemperFiMarketing Hope he does something solo or with the Sessions Band during his 2 year hiatus.

  • OMG! I love you bruce<3

  • @TaubermanElin Me too!

  • AMAZING

  • RIP DAN FEDERICI

  • Excellent!

  • RIP Giants Stadium 10/10/76 - 1/3/10

  • I heard this live on November 8th. It's my favorite song now.

    The Boss! 'Nuff said.

  • I first heard this song at halftime during the final game at Giants Stadium and it got me choked up. I liked how they showed Phil Simms and Eli Manning when he sings "I saw champions come and go". This song is great.

  • Too bad the Giants couldn't close out their stadium properly.

  • Bruce did it for them

  • BROOOOOCE!

    is the wreckin ball! Still!

  • Bruce has brought the wrecking ball to every concert he's ever performed.

  • Das macht die Faszination "BS & The ESB" aus...

  • I have said this elsewhere on Youtube, but I want to repeat myself. I was born and raised in North Jersey. I was at the Oct. 10 show, Giants' Stadiums' final show. This song is for Jersey. To all the Jersey haters, BRING ON YOUR WRECKING BALL!!!! Thanks you Bruce for giving Jersians an anthem (again).

  • was it the ninth

  • Yeah, I typed way too fast. Felt dumb as soon as I posted.

  • Just a great song. The words capture the powerful connect Bruce feels with his fans when he plays in his home state.

  • the last show was oct. 9

  • @marshallgibsonfender um false november 22nd tard he played this in buffalo

  • Hey fuckface i meant the last show at giants stadium so go fuck yourself you stupid piece of HORSESHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • It was the 22nd of November, in buffalo...

  • @marshallgibsonfender, you didn't make your point clear, don't tell us that we are stupid if you are expecting to understand something without information

  • Do you realize that throwing in random curses makes you seem a little less intelligent, and not tough, the thing that you are aiming for. I never said that you were wrong that his last show at Giants Stadium was October 9th, but what you said was, "the last show was oct. 9", what you should have said was, the last show at Giants Stadium was oct. 9

  • excuse me but since the video is of giants stadium i assumed that you would of inferred that i was talking about the 5th night at giants stadium

  • i went on the 4th night and was anything being recorded

  • I think they have been recording the entire tour. Wouldn't be surprised if an album called "Wrecking Ball" is released like the "Live from NYC" Album. Just a guess.

  • I had kind of decided that I was past the era of going to concerts - but I saw Bruce four times this year - once at Izod Center, and three times at Giant Stadium - and they were the BEST concerts ever!! I figure if Bruce can still do it - so can I! "Wrercking Ball" belongs to us -- NEW JERSEY!!!

  • Honestly, I sort of feel the same way. I'm 39 years old and other than Bruce, I go to see other performers and they just don't have the capability to inspire me like Bruce does.

  • Boss live italy.Italy loves Boss

  • Long live Italia and Bruce!

  • I was at the Cleveland show. It was amazing! We'd been to the Pittsburgh show in May, and the Cleveland show was far superior! What energy...what a party...I'll never forget it!

  • I wanted to go to Cleveland very badly with the tour winding down. I ended up seeing my last show of the tour in Baltimore which was pretty neat as well. First time the band played there since 1973

  • I saw his concert he rocksssss

  • He rocks like no one has or ever will!

  • Io a Udine e a Milano c'ero.Grazie Boss, duenotti indimenticabili.Thank you Boss!

  • My Dad's side of the family is from Udine, so this is very special to me to hear from a Boss fan where part of my Dad's family still lives.

  • i saw him in cleveland. i am 15. but he is like 60 years old and he sang like a 20 year old. THE SHOW WAS GREAT!!!

  • I wanted to go to that Cleveland show so badly. All his shows are special, but you knew he would blow the roof off in the city that is honoring him at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Bruce is the classic example of why you should treat your body as a temple. The older he gets, the better he gets. He's in better shape than most 20 year olds.

  • I'm 13 years old, and the Boss has really helped my through hard periodes in my life. I love his music, and I love him. Long Live Boss. Thank you!

  • I start listening to the Boss when I was around your age and when I heard his music, it was like a revelation. Finally, someone knows how hard life is. Someone understands the struggles and recognizes the courage it takes to make a happy life for yourself. He has been my mentor and therapist since day one.

  • Right with ya Mr Dudemate. Im 14 and Bruce's music has helped lift me up too.

  • Comment removed

  • I saw 2 of those shows..magical nights

  • Some of the best nights of my life!

  • Pure awesomeness. Long live the Boss.

  • Concert on /11/8/'09/ opened with this!! It was amazing and might be my new fav Bruce song, and it pretty much made up for not hearing junglelenad (also hearing no Surrender, Atlantic City, and Dancing in the Drak didn't hurt ;) ) I honestly almost teared when I heard this song again. I am 14 and until then had not been to a concert since I saw him at the Meadowlands in '02 when I was 6. The concert was electric, hardcore, and beautiful at the same time. I hope to see you again some day Bruce!!!

  • It's so wonderful to hear from young Bruce fans like yourself. I starting following Bruce in 1984 when I was 14 and he's taught me so many wonderful lessons about life that I'm sure he'll share with you as you grow older.

  • lol Thanks. Bruce is certainly a legend...and he's gotten me through some tough times. Not like, death or anything, thank God, but still...some pretty tough times.

  • He´s the godfather of Rock´n Roll!!!!!

  • Can't argue with you there!

  • he played this last night in detroit and it was perfect...maybe a little preview of whats left to come i hope!

  • I'm getting depressed knowing that the end of the tour is near. It's been so much fun.

  • yea i know. ive only been to 7 concerts but my dad has been to 351 haha. so im hoping hard he keeps recording

  • I am so jealous of your father, you have no idea. People are always stunned when I tell them I've been to 76 concert; and I try to explain to them that I'm an amature compared to some people like your Dad. I think that's the highest number of concerts I've ever heard. Amazing!

  • i was there and the seventh at MSG.

  • I was lucky to be there too. And thank God I got tickets to both shows at the Garden.

  • He played this at the Garden last nite. Although there he was the Wrecking Ball. I hear they're renovating The Garden and moving Penn Station so that's probably why he played it but the're doing that bcuz he shakes the place wen he performs

  • I was there, it was amazing!

  • Really was. Got chills!

  • Bruce wrecks a bit of every venue he plays!

  • incredible song. perfectly captures the history and the feeling of the stadium. i only wish bruce gave a shout out to the jets as well...

  • It''s so funny you say that. I'm a huge Jets fan and I had the same thought!

  • Oh yeah. I was at the second one and the last one.

  • I was lucky enough to be at all 5. Those were such special nights!

  • woah. U are lucky. My homeroom teacher at school told me he went to the first 1

  • I'm seeing him tonight (11/7) at MSG

  • Haha lovely,

When bruce walks his stage, check out Steven soudnchecking in the left! Can't be missed, recon his movements....

  • I love that too. And the Japanese sweatshirt he's wearing is so Steven!
