I think if your going to chase storms you first have to understand something... ppl say that it's mother nature. IT IS NOT... whoever reads this comment understand weather
is & always will be the hand of God. For those who do believe in God, or you do not; please understand. This is why weather is beautiful & even poetic... However, it is also immensely powerful, has the power to destroy, & take life...
Remember, God created everything, & many are chasing what he is still creating...
The five gallon buckets are more dangerous! Many parents and caregivers may not realize the danger buckets pose. From 1996 through 1999, CPSC received reports of 58 children under age 5 who drowned in 5-gallon buckets.

Tornado alley is not just confined to Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Colorado. but also extends to Nebraska Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana (USA) Alberta, saskatchewan, and the southwestern part of Manitoba (Canada).
his intro is wrong, hurricanes are far worse and uses massive amounts of energy...tornados are only scary because its a very concentrated force and their movements are still unpredictable
Perhaps you should ask the residents (former) of Greensburg, Kansas about tornadoes - the F5 went for about 28 miles and was 1.7 miles wide. Totally destroyed this Kansas town, 95% destroyed plus killing 12, all in less than an hour. They had 20 minutes warning before it hit. Worse tornado in almost a decade.
I've read Storm Chaser as well, one of these days I'll be chasing in the plains just like Warren does. Great stuff BTW

Tell that to the 121 persons who have been killed so far by tornados this year alone!

Which one is worse is based on opinion, but tornados are technically the most violent storms on the planet, with winds surpassing hurricanes.
