Umm, let's think... I used Windows Movie Maker for this. It comes with most Windows packages, maybe you have it? I use a different program these days though.

thanks for your interest. it is by Katsushika Hokusai, and is called "South Wind, Clear Dawn" or Gaifuu kaisei. It's from the series "36 views of Mount Fuji" (Fugaku Sanjuurokei) (the same series as included the very famous "great wave"). painted circa 1830-1832. Hope that helps.
