whats wrong with these people? -im making a horse wallet in burled leather, burnishing complete with gimp trim, im at the mental hospital, want to bring me lunch, ill let you make one.
...ohhh geniaaal...my vinyl is little broken, great upl. =-) hairs up.. zappa ...still have seen in cologne 2 times live ...wooh this solo..terror genial.must listen now one more time..
question:im looking from up 83 for a video special by zappa-ZAPPA SPECIAL-tracks from mothers of invention live lp-great video trick perfomance ,geniaaaal video... help me to find!!!
Zappa must have been a very good parent. I can't picture Moon Unit entering any wet-t-shirt contests. That solo sounds like he's in mourning for predatory douche-bags and the lost women they prey on.
Joe's Garage and Sheik Yerbouti just blow me away. There was nothin' like watchin' Frank sit down on the corner of the drum riser and just jam. A small 3000 seat theatre in Albany called The Palace. We were all just completely stunned. I'll never forget that moment for as long as I live.
Smokin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is my favorite Frank Zappa LP. Now I love ALL of his stuff! But this LP covers some great topics and has some amazing musicianship being displayed.(Typical Frank!!!) Much love for posting the whole thing!
@TadRapidly For that matter, how about any drummer or guitarist!! This is just one hell of a piece of music. Brilliant in its delivery in every aspect. Rock, but jazz and even classical notes are part of the piece. He was a master for sure.
@tdibell well, for me toad-o is one of best guitar solos EVER! And FZ was the most important composer of the 20th century, by far. :o) Long live Frank.
a great bunchof !out there" Zappa! When i was 16 in 1984 in the uk i listened to Skinhead/Punk music till we started listening to our older relatives and friends record with the aid of certain mind altering substances. We soon ditched the bootboy scene for the crusty Rave and house party movement with Hawkwind and Ozric Tenticals leading the way. We saw that his highness FZ was playing some dates at Wembley Arena in86 i think. It was amazing when they did "i am the Walrus!!" I was solucky RIPFZ
One of the all time Classics :)

I know it's a small detail, but I love, love, LOVE Zappa's stupid laugh at 2:45. "Home of the tits...huh-huh!"
CodyRicheson 9 months ago 12
@CodyRicheson It's not Zappa's voice though, it's one of his bandmates.

@CodyRicheson His utter contempt for the average American is all there in that laugh.
Absolutely wonderful.
