WOOOW i know your a kid and i'm only 16 but DUDE THAT IS NOT HOW YOU MAKE A MODEL! you cant just make a circle in the head position and say woow i have a head it all needs to be attached and just make a box and use subsurf is just a noob way of making a shit character. Ok you might want to make blender videos to help ppl but at your lvl your better off just telling ppl the shortcut keys because what your video is, is just a demonstration of someone who does not know how to use blender properly.
@happy0023 i love how he gives us "experienced users" but is the noobiest modeller out there. when i make models i usually draw it first, in top, left right back, front, bottom ,3d views. then i model, you could even go ahead and set it as a background image. why didn't he just select the face when making the "arms at 1:48 sure he's a kid, but no excuse of being a noob. Ive been using blender for nearly 3 years(started when i was 13),acording to this vid he should be on his 4th year. what a tool

Nick you should get 3DS max off some torrent site or something, blender is really shit compared to it, and instead of box modeling your character, try downloading the autodesk Mudbox trial, its like actual sculpting
@QuaziGNRLNose lol... there IS a sculpting mode in blender... this is a basic beginner-level model... I'm just finishing mine, I'm learning blender thanks to tutorials like this...
@QuaziGNRLNose when you get a cracked version of 3ds, the materials do not work, they just dont' work with images properly, trust me, the 2.5 version of blender is pretty good (yes i know this comments 3 years old). when i did use 3ds, it seemed to make things for you (e.g the trees). that's my opinion and i dont care if you didn't ask for it
You can sculpt in Blender... Also, I disagree with-- Wait, no, I've heard this argument billions of times. Let's just agree that they're equal, but one costs more than the other.
When I extrude the cube, the new cubes don't line up and when I try to move them into position, they all move. Help please.
