@lorobs Yeah, it's fine. Everyone's different. I know personally that I didn't get cramps the first 2 years I had my period, but now I get them occasionally. I've heard from a lot of other people that theirs get worse as they get older too.

good thing i have older sisters cause they always have like 5 boxes of pads and tampons im not comfertable with my period so i take alot of toilet paper and act like its a pad so nobody knows and when i was at the beach i didnt wear a tampon i just let it flow in my bathing suit and wash it out in the poool or ocean good thing a shark didnt come up and bite me!!!!! Your great at giving advice! I think you did a good thing since you gave advice on getting your period. A lot of people get very uncomfortable talking about it, and I don't see why. I mean, it is a natural thing, and every girl does it. When I got mine for the first time, I had my mom there to talk to and to help me buy pads. But some girls just have their dads, so this was a great thing! :)

Cici, this is why your my favorite guru, also i like your hair better like this then straighten because it looks SO pretty like this. Do you prefer the cardboard kind of tampons or do you prefer the plastic applicators, or do you not really care? Also jeans don't stain that bad so wear jeans, and then here's a tip always bring a jacket with you because in case it does leak you can tie it around your waste and cover your back part so nobody will see that you leaked. Ohhh careful! You said if girls don't get their period they can't get children. I hope no underage girl hears that and doesn't take any prevention when having sex the first time.. I love that you made this video! I only get cramps on the first day or two and they re killer! I never take any medicine for it though. For like the first 3 years of my period (age 11-14) I only used pads. I tried a tampon like the last cycle and I was surely missing out! Tampons are way better. My sister does a light dose of birth control pill to control her cramps and bleeding. She does a low dose so it can't prevent birth but it does enough to control her cramps and bleeding.
