Probably several reasons.

- The powers-that-be don't want young people to know such an item exists even though it's a rare and valuable antique.

- By blocking young people from watching this video the views will be greatly reduced.

- Antique weapons like this are very scary and some of the more sensitive young gunphobes and weaponphobes might pee in their panties after watching such a demonstration.

- Takes a certain level of ignorance to restrict this video!

Several reasons, take your pick.

- There's no guarantee the gun or the ammo will work.

- If the gun breaks, there goes half of its value or more.

- The ammo is very rare and $25 per shot.

A few years ago I went to Mardi Gras and even in my drunken state I can still clearly remember stumbling upon the most amazing shop I've ever seen in my life with guns and weapons all over the walls. In most states you do not need a license to own guns, but you do need one to carry a concealed gun.
