Most people think it's the chemicals that made him this fast but since it's stated that Barry (when dying) became the lightning that struck him in his past the chemicals most likely have nothing to do with it. The Flash dies, becomes a part of the speed force and then turns to the reason he got his own powers. Just like an endless cycle.

Pretty cool. The scenery was excellent.

But the story of The Flash wasn't accurate at all. Plus, The Flash is MUCH faster than Superman (no running side by side). The quality of your acting needs improvement. If you could add sound effects (like thunder or bullets) for the running scenes instead of plain music, it would be much more awesome.

If you put these into consideration and remake this video, it would be damn near perfect!

I was 14 or so when i did this. Trust me, i know all about the flash and the fact that he didnt get his powers from a glowing green rock. When you're 14 your resources are limited, all we had was a green laser pointer a clear rock and some superhero tee-shirts. If we had a bunch of chemials, trust me we would have used it.

Me and some mates are in the process of making a new one. New actors, New scenarios,New location, and new heroes. So that should Hopefully be soon..

Who's posting these comments? friends? Plot is good. Story acting and video quality is Severely poorly done. I'd fail you if you were my students. However with a little education you might be able to get a real video created. It really don't take much special effects for what you want to do.
