Fun Fact: The episode "The Fear" holds a unique place in the history of Batman. First, it was the first time EVER that Batman's origin was depicted outside of comics.

And second, it was produced as the pilot for a new Batman series. The Justice League parts were added to make it appropriate for the series. I'd love to get my hands on the pilot in its original form.

tienes razòn amigo, pero no sòlo estaba mucho mejor dibujado que los superamigos sino tambièn estaba mucho mejor dibujado que las caricaturas recientes de la liga de la justicia!!!!!, estos dibujos sì se asemejaban màs a las historietas, insisto, èste es el mejor batman animado que he visto, y sì, deberìan de volverlas a pasar en la tv mexicana, tooncast, vuelvan a poner esta joya de la animaciòn!!!.

@Juanete1984 en efecto, hace poco más de 20 años fue una gran satisfacción ver a este Batman mejor estilizado y estas historias completamente separadas de lo que fue Superamigos. Recuerdo que la voz en español de Batman en esta serie era mucho más apropiada que la de Adam West en inglés. Coincido en que el estilo de Bruce Timm, aunque muy distintivo, puede no ser tan estilizado y agradable; sin embargo, en términos de trama e historia, nada supera a las series animadas de los 90s.

I absolutely love this version of the DC's Justice League characters. Im so happy and proud that i own the last & final season of Superfriends/SUPER POWERS on DVD. I cant wait to add both Superman/Batman:Public Enemies & The Ruby Spears Superman animated series to my collection this year!!!

I really enjoyed the new art direction and the addition of Cyborg, but it, more or less, became "Firestorm and the Super Powers Team".

There's a quick scene from the Ghost Ship episode that has a cameo of the SDF Macross from Robotech. It's the head of the robot that was the aircraft carrier that housed the Valkyrie(Veritech) fighters.

This was also the show that I first saw Cyborg, so when I got a copy of the DC Heroes RPG, he was the first character whose stats I looked for. He's too cool for words.
