  • lads im tellin ya now 2o years we will have a big polish lad named ivan playin prop have ya seen the polish ? built like brick shit houses

  • He's my coz

  • he has one of the best steps ive ever seen

  • and people call contepomi a magician??? this man is a genius and he anayalated rob carney there a while ago way to under rated in ireland i think. lets hope he proves himself in south africa

  • jeez rugby is'nt all about speed n strenght there only to boost you it's a matter of beating the oppostion in front and following through with simple moves, being clever in rugby is better than being the worlds fitest dude like, even though u might get ladies easier ha ha ha

  • Yeah I have to agree, it was Frank Murphys service there that created that try. Brilliant continuity. He can be slow getting the ball away sometimes, but he is a class player, better than Redden at the moment.

  • Ireland #9 was teh key player

  • it's a good try, it was very physical all the way but Ireland kept the ball

  • k for the doubters of Keith, twice in a row he started for munster, and in both those games, he was made man of the match, he was roomed wit Brian o Driscoll few months back while trainin wit the Ireland squad, and the reason he was roomed wit him is coz its thought that Keith will be as good as a player as Drico, if not better than him. reason that that was big nuz was coz drico hasnt had a roommate for 6 yrs. stick that in ur pipe and smoke it, mr kiwi u18 captain!!

  • In 5 games he adapted to playing full back wen his natural role is a 13 and he also can play on the wing which means hes versatile. Hes bilt like a block hence the nickname bigback. And lacking in speed???????? Just

  • Every level he has been tested at he has proven himself

    School-Dragged munchins single-handly to a senior cup

Ireland 20s grand slam- Won 2 man of the matches and scored 3 tries in the 5 matches

Ireland A - Magical as you can see from his try above.

Munster the lad has played 4 matches in the magners league and hes scored 4 tries. He was brilliant in defence last night against glasgow and under the high ball dropped nothing in dreadful conditions.

  • Common people most of his ties are walk ins, right place right time (not intentionally) any other player could have mad them scores, lets she him side step or somethin, actually beat another player

  • Eg The amazing THAT TRY against dragons and the beauty of a line he took from 50 yards out against the same oppisition......

Your an idiot. When was the last time Brian O Driscoll or any of these supposed world beaters been in the right place at the right time latley?

Dis guyis goin for the top

  • hes no more slow, do you actually watch rugby? the man is ridiculously fast and is gettin faster. go back to watchin soccer dare for yourself

  • if he is too slow then you must be pushing Bolt for the sub 9.5 barrier!

  • My hole

  • just looking at your comments about keith earls from 7 months ago. He's on the Lions now, ha.

  • your a fag, ha

  • Do you have a problem with the Irish YanickBrew? Just wondering.

  • Hahaha good to see Earls proving all these keyboard "experts" wrong!

  • so true!

  • for all those jealous fuckers out there keith earls is one of the best prospects in irish rugby at the moment and ye shud all shut yer mouths unless ye have somethin good to say bout him.jealousy gets ye no were......

  • Well said, you're an inspiration to us all Mark.

  • Thanks Jon I know his dad & my dad coached him so dont like listening 2 people bad mouthing him, he's still very young & doesn't need critisism at such an early stage of his career, besides he's a "Heino" cup medal as d dublin 4 jackeens call it not doing 2 badly.

  • One things for sure, Ireland are gonna have some serious firepower over the next few years if Luke Fitz, Earls and Kearney all keep injury free and continue improving and maturing at the rate they are, if only we had a few more props coming through!

  • Ya hopefully all 3 will develope into world class players, u've a point alright about there being a shortage of international class props they're worth their weight in gold pun intended, think d Irfu should run a scheme for burly Irish men & burly Samoan women 2 have kids then maybe in 20 or so yrs we'll have a few decent props haha

  • i happen to no keith and its taken him years of hard work and dedication to the sport that got him to that level and all u haters are more interested in watchin him on tv instead of makin summat of urselves...so wat if he do b on the bench, at least he's on the team which is more than can b sed for u!!!

  • ya U18, earls is a senior squad member.....and quite frankly bein captain of a team doesnt really make u a great player

  • Im actually from NZ and no-one uses the term "tripe" so clearly you are full of it

  • jesus your some arragant fucker! i dont think you would hear richie macaw talkin like that .kiwi u-18 is about as far as you will be going kid. but maybe you know everything who knows?

  • bolox. that was real pace from earls. i'm amazed by his speed here, and it's a shame him and murphy are not getting the nod ahead of the blow ins. i'm really surprised by dk.

  • pmann you're naive. Because a player is brilliant at this level is no guarantee he will succeed at the next level. In fact most don't. We all want him to be great but Kidney is right to nurture him cautiously. That's why DK is a great manager and you are spouting off here.

  • There's a bit of a difference between nurturing a player, like Leinster are doing with Luke Fitz and Kearney, and under-utlising one of the greatest prospects I've seen in a long time. Only a handfull of bench appearances in a year for Earls while Luke Fitz (same age) scores for fun in the Magners and Heineken. DK is a very good manager but the likes of Earls, Hurleys(x3), Ronan & Ryan are picking splinters out of their arses instead of starting. DK has no faith in youth apart from his PBC boys.

  • You're forgetting that DK was/is under pressure to play Lewis as well so there's a lot of competition amongst the centres. Anyway, Hurley is on the team so what are you cribbing about!

  • keith earls will be centre for ireland in five years....mark my words. and another thing is if declan kidney wasn't such a pussy and just started him in the heineken cup, he wud come on leaps and bounds

  • he has some speed

  • Very good try. Good retention and recycling, patient build-up and eventually the reward comes their way.

  • great analysis there dude
