The best bit about this is that the song could reflect the Doctor's relationship with ALL his companions; where others can be suspicious of his motives, and his enemies resent his actions, his companions (With the obvious exception of Klein) see the Doctor as the noble hero he's become over the course of his time away from Gallifrey, and they cannot help but love and admire him for it
