@MrEseskay The reason to compare now is because what happens today determines tommorow. India has the first entry advtange in many new technologies- wind power being one example. That means if pak ever manages to resolve its problems it would be too far behind to start an industry up from scratch wind power being a good example where fixed assests run into the billions of dollars.
