I agree with Dirtyscience, because of the camera angle (shooting down on the wave from the cliff), it's evident why Volcom was trying to wriggle out of paying Zoltan. But any photographer or videographer knows that perspective can alter height perception. Viewing the slo-mo, it is obvious to me (a surf phtographer) that Zoltan's kickflip is above the lip, period. Congrats, Zoltan!
