The name of this theme is "Owarinaki Tatakai" or "Endless Fight", the theme for some grunts in the masoukishin game for the SNES

The very first Elemental Machine, it uses mostly physical weaponry (a problem against PS Armor), and mostly titanium (later Machines would add the very rare off-Earth Metal Oricalcum) armor makes it a very fast, and very basic machine.
