I don't think it's a matter of generating like HAARP but quite the opposite, the equipment is standardized and non suspicious so it can be used to attract, saturate then release. That way it does not require the energy or draw the suspicion.
This is why they are every single day, releasing chemtrails.
The more conductive the atmosphere becomes, the more easily and accurately it is to control. Once it's conductive enough, and by now it's probably near goal, HAARP will control ALL weather.
Here in Milwaukee I think the only difference in weather was rain almost every day for a week or two in May-June, but that happens. I don't think we had any effects from these "Haarp Rings".
I dont think that we know everything about haarp but shortly after Missouri experienced flooding and devastating tornado's. cause and effect, keep an open mind and critically think about who and why this is happening then ask yourself what should we the people do about it.

That said, rapid NEXRAD mode switching across a region can indicate that HAARP is active, but this does not mean that the signals are eminating from the NEXRAD sites, nor that the target is the NEXRAD site… this is simply an artifact of your mechanism of observation, as there are only 155 data points (NEXRAD sites) for the entire CONUS.
I suggest you review some *REAL* obvious HAARP anomalies prior to the newer , more robust data scrubbing systems implemented by Unisys.
Thus — This results in what looks like circular ‘blips’, formed as ring-like blasts which turn on and off at the location of NEXRAD sites. As I mentioned, most ALL WEATHER IN CONUS is computer-controlled. All the time. It’s a massive enterprise, production level system. As such, there are constantly HAARP-like anomalies that register on these sensitive systems. This NEXRAD data is *Scrubbed* by a central defense contractor (Unisys) prior to being distributed to universities as higher-resolution Level II radar data (Perdue etc), and to the rest of the world as ‘processed’ lower-resolution Level III radar data (Intellicast, etc).
3) All NEXRAD / TDWR data is *scrubbed* by Unisys to remove evidence of HAARP. Some of what you are seeing (anomalies, ‘scalar squares’, etc) are ARTIFACTS of the Unisys scrubbing process, and some of what you are seeing are ARTIFACTS of the product generation -- 'stiching' NEXRAD station sites together to make a composite reflectivity image. Please stop claiming everything see you see is ‘scalar energy’ when it could just as easily be artifacts of 1) evidence removal or of 2) data processing.
You can’t PREDICT a thunderstorm in the next 24-48 hours just because you noticed HAARP anomalies. The anomalies are a constant occurrence — all weather is in CONUS is computer-controlled.
Unless you are willing to build an actual mathematical models (ie correlation coefficient of anomalous NEXRAD phenomenon with ACTUAL DATA, ie. precipitation level, barometric pressure, lightning intensity, reflectivity integrals, whatever) you are just shooting in the dark.
If you want to make weather predictions : You need to measure tangible quantities of HAARP-type anomalies, OBJECTIVELY, and correlate these with measurable weather phenomenon. For example, you’d need to computationally measure the amount of a particular class of scalar anomalies per 24 hour period. With an actual data model.
But you gotta hold back on these ‘shot in the dark’ predictions on phenomenon you do not yet understand. Without articulating consistent reasoning , you just discredit yourself.
If you had been watching these radar anomalies for YEARS , you’d realize that our weather is pretty much HAARP controlled all the time. It’s not an indication of anything special or unique to find scalar energy signatures in radar or satellite data. These signatures are ubiquitous now.
But to say that you are predicting ‘severe weather’ on the basis of a single-digit number of HAARP anomalies observed on scrubbed LevelII radar from Unisys? Come on man. This is really a stretch. Please stop issuing these forecasts … I watch your channel regularly, but these really make me cringe at how amateur they sound. You sound like you’ve just discovered that the weather is computer-controlled , and it’s a whole new world to you. That’s fine. Yeah it’s astonishing, I felt the same way.
2) Please stop claiming to make future predictions of ‘severe weather’ based on your perception of HAARP anomalies. This is unscientific and is NOT predictive.
It makes for good Youtube, but it’s not accurate. Humans are notoriously bad at prediction. ‘Human-based’ prediction only makes sense on things like interpolation of complex unrelated data (HAARP anomalies + NLE 2011 + New Madrid Flooding + Emergency Contracts == Possible New Madrid Earthquake 2011). So sure, we can do that.
Does that anomaly look ground-based to you? Most certainly not. It’s either (A) coming from space , (B) bounced off the ionosphere from a high-energy ground system in another location.
You see anomalies centered on NEXRAD stations because that’s where you are looking. In other words , you have 155 stations that consistently show anomalies. It does not mean these stations are the source of the HAARP energy. They are just a symptom — a manifestation of evidence.
You can not consistently extrapolate the ultimate ‘source’ of HAARP energy with only crappy 2dimensionsal Unisys-processed NEXRAD Level III Radar Information. Once or twice you may get lucky, but this method is going with be inconsistent unless you actually understand exactly how the full weather-control working, to include the trigonometry, frequency, spectrum, bandwidth, etc.
Does having HAARP signals based at NEXRAD stations really make sense from a national security or military perspective? Not at all. Common sense man. Do you think these people really care about laws ? Airport signal restrictions have *nothing* to do with it, I assure you. These people do whatever they want.

It's a well-known and well-studied radar phenomenon called anomalous propagation (more specifically, it's super-refraction of the radar beam). Look it up.

I was in Springfield Saturday through late Sunday and it was beautiful calm weather and nothing is happening this morning. Nothing severe happened in Omaha or Chicago. By your 5/2–in-the-news report it seems like you want recognition before you have proved anything about Haarp being related.

i am not trying to be mean to dutch. i think he has has come across proof of weather manipulation. however, he does not have full understanding of what it means yet...and especially in the case of the Alabama storm he did not give honest analysis of his forecast and what actually happened. my point to him in the comments on the video he put up after the storm went through is that his analysis was biased based on wanting to be correct...instead of accuracy and honesty.

i'd be very weary if lived near New Madrid fault, not only because of these satellite images, but mostly because FEMA is having a National Level Exercise 2011 (NLE 2011) in that area in May. Take a vacation somewhere for May, come visit Montreal maybe, i've got spare rooms, but seriously be prepared, FEMA and co are up to no good AGAIN! NLE 2011 is all about earth quakes not tornadoes.

Could it be that they want a lot of water in that region from above and below to set off the earthquake? The Fema camps are for the guys that dont hand in there weapons/do not comply when they declare a state of emergency. Just my opinion I hope I'm wrong.
I'm posting here not because I think HAARP is hokum - it has the potential to be very real. However I would encourage Dutch and others to get past the obvious red herrings and find the real evidence.
If you want to talk science - learn the language and methodology of science. If someone is hiding something you'll need reason and scientific methodology to prove it convincingly. If someone is hiding stuff he would count on the populace to be distracted or misdirected (radar rings) because they don't have the skills to find the true anomolies. He shows very clearly that this particular airport has been modified and seems to tell a story in pictures about the "plan" in store for the world. no - the radar saw the storm coming. The storm caused the tornado. Of course there will be storms where the radar rings show up because they are measuring storm clouds. No storms where no clouds even though there are radar rings - the radar is operating but you can't see the ring because there are no clouds to see.
As for those who want to call the rings "measurement rings" go watch his previous video's, he is able to call where the massive storms and earthquakes and volcano activity is going to be because the science behind HAARP (which he provides, go read it) triggers these anomalies, the concentrical rings overlap in the exact place of the largest storms, coincidence maybe when it happens occasionally, but when it is consistent, anyone with discerning intellect has to acknowledge the science

Hey mobile home parks seem to draw storms and tornados too. Research already been done on why it appears so. Cities cause there own microenvironments. Air pressure changes with amt of heat absorbed and radiated by buildings - causes incoming weather to usually move around urban areas rather thru. Mobile homes (and airports) are usually built on periphery of urban areas - therefore they are more likelly to have the storm hit them rather than center of town. Again focus on true anomolies
The Rings are to trigger an earthquake, to trigger massive storms for both financial devastation as well as to dispel any crowds gathered in prayer (to cover their basis, I am sure they would love to subvert any possibility that prayer could provide grace or hope or protection of people) to make their attempts less successful. The radar is around but the software code for converting the signal into digital images and combining the multiple signals into a huge map changes constantly. The rings could easily be caused by boosting the radar to better measure a threatening storm rolling in and/or when new data is uploaded the image on the map intensifies

I am not saying that weather cannot be manipulated by radar rings is not way to do it. You can't LOGICALLY argue the following: Radar rings are found wherever there is a storm clouds. Therefore radar rings cause storms.

Your premise can be tested this way also: Radar stations cause storms. Therefore whereever I find radar stations there will be storms. Are there storms at every radar station? NO.
A research methodology professor used this analogy: It is hot today. People are wearing shorts today. I notice that the people wearing shorts bought a lot of ice cream. I start to notice that whenever people where shorts a lot of people are eating ice cream! OMG wearing shorts causes people to eat ice cream! The storm clouds cause the tornados. You see rings where you see clouds because the radar measures the clouds in a circular radius. There are no rings where there are no clouds. There are no storms where there are no clouds. The rings correlate to clouds. The clouds cause the storms. The rings do not cause the clouds nor the storms.
Consider this - I have a flashlight and my flash light has a radius of 3 feet. I notice a pattern that I find I can find earth worms using my flashlight shortly after and i see rainclouds - worm-rings! I proclaim my flashlight causes earthworms to accumulate in these worm-rings! Sure enough other people report it too . I can predict that there will be worm-rings where there are flashlights

Still looks like measurement artifacts to me. Storm clouds come in. Radar station picks up incoming clouds and the ring appears because the radar picks it up. The satelitte report of cloud concentration becomes more intense because the clouds are now in range to be shown.
dutchsinse, I respect what you are doing but have we also considered that those rings may actually be the circular range of the radar detector. In other words if we had radars absolutely everywhere on the surface of the earth, the maps would show much larger irregularly shaped rain/bad weather areas instead of the smaller circular areas that you are showing us.

I don't think it's a matter of generating like HAARP but quite the opposite, the equipment is standardized and non suspicious so it can be used to attract, saturate then release. That way it does not require the energy or draw the suspicion.
This is why they are every single day, releasing chemtrails.
The more conductive the atmosphere becomes, the more easily and accurately it is to control. Once it's conductive enough, and by now it's probably near goal, HAARP will control ALL weather.

That said, rapid NEXRAD mode switching across a region can indicate that HAARP is active, but this does not mean that the signals are eminating from the NEXRAD sites, nor that the target is the NEXRAD site… this is simply an artifact of your mechanism of observation, as there are only 155 data points (NEXRAD sites) for the entire CONUS.
I suggest you review some *REAL* obvious HAARP anomalies prior to the newer , more robust data scrubbing systems implemented by Unisys.

As I mentioned, most ALL WEATHER IN CONUS is computer-controlled. All the time. It’s a massive enterprise, production level system. As such, there are constantly HAARP-like anomalies that register on these sensitive systems. This NEXRAD data is *Scrubbed* by a central defense contractor (Unisys) prior to being distributed to universities as higher-resolution Level II radar data (Perdue etc), and to the rest of the world as ‘processed’ lower-resolution Level III radar data (Intellicast, etc).

Does that anomaly look ground-based to you? Most certainly not. It’s either (A) coming from space , (B) bounced off the ionosphere from a high-energy ground system in another location.

These are not "HAARP rings" or "Scalar weapons" This is simply caused by the Doppler effect. The big radar domes spin in a circular pattern and other systems get back scatter from them. Early Saturday morning you predicted severe weather hit with tornados very hard for Omaha, Springfield, Chicago. I was in Springfield Saturday through late Sunday and it was beautiful calm weather and nothing is happening this morning. Nothing severe happened in Omaha or Chicago. By your 5/2–in-the-news report it seems like you want recognition before you have proved anything about Haarp being related.

On this particular video: THE HAARP RINGS ARE CENTERED ON THE NWS NEXRAD stations. The 'locations' of the rings (aka epicenters) are *artifacts* of the radar observation network's granularity (only 155 stations for all of the U.S.))... the rings' epicenters are always NEXRAD sites -- they do not represent geolocated targets of ionospheric energy reflections. west plains mo got 3 inches rain in little over three hours,and still raining off and on. we got a lot of rain last week when it poured for 6 days-15 inches total. all this flooding new madrid zone, how will it affect earthquake magnitude.soils like clay and sand in abundance make a lot of liquifaction add water,maybe all goes down to the gulf creating massive canyon underwater

the geosychronous orbiting DEW network can and do easily create wildfires, tornadoes, low pressure systems, draught, feed and steer hurricanes, can be modulated to induce gravitic resonances (earthquakes), create persistent overcast etc. You'll notice the radar rings they create as the energy beam strikes the atmosphere liberating infrared heat picked up by satellites, they never move around, just blink on and off.

"HAARP" is just a catch all phrase people use to describe directed energy weapons. There are over 70 ground based "HAARP"s worldwide. The radar rings people see are not even one of those ground based weapons! They're DEWs on geosync orbiting satellites, (Star Wars SDI) that beam downwards. There are hundreds up there and they cause all kinds of trouble, in coordination with aerosol ops and ground based units.

i am not trying to be mean to dutch. i think he has has come across proof of weather manipulation. however, he does not have full understanding of what it means yet...and especially in the case of the Alabama storm he did not give honest analysis of his forecast and what actually happened. my point to him in the comments on the video he put up after the storm went through is that his analysis was biased based on wanting to be correct...instead of accuracy and honesty.

no one is right all the time. we need honest analysis to figure out what is going on rather than letting fear of being wrong, or desire to be be right, skew our thinking.
this video proves that the so-called radar rings and scalar squares don't always mean "very severe storms or tornadoes" are coming in 24-48 hours. maybe they're intensify storms already present...just when they want to.

No problems here. I guess what I was trying to say in three words or less is that I just like to be performed. Are we all so tied up in drama that we wish all these things to happen. And heck, there have been so many storms I can't keep up with them all. And the fact, that I like about Dutch, he is concerned... he try, and most of the time is theories that lead to his predictions are right.... Look where he started, from passion for what he does look at where it has led him.

Dutch, look at 3:21 on your video. All the circles that came up. I was assounded at the number last night. However, your video is right. If you look at all the circles there and now look right now at this time on the map there is severe weather just NW of memphis tenn. In a 4 state area exactly where the rings you show showed up. And if I might mention, new the New Medrad fault line also. More water in an area that needs no more.

i'd be very weary if lived near New Madrid fault, not only because of these satellite images, but mostly because FEMA is having a National Level Exercise 2011 (NLE 2011) in that area in May. Take a vacation somewhere for May, come visit Montreal maybe, i've got spare rooms, but seriously be prepared, FEMA and co are up to no good AGAIN! NLE 2011 is all about earth quakes not tornadoes.

Its crazy if you go to weather.com and watch the next 6 hours over the midwest you see a band of storms reaching from chicago to south of dallas pop up out of nowhere! I`ve been watching it all day and it just gets bigger everytime they update the map! Thank you so much for your video`s and for trying to bring this to peoples attention! Could it be that they want a lot of water in that region from above and below to set off the earthquake? The Fema camps are for the guys that dont hand in there weapons/do not comply when they declare a state of emergency. Just my opinion I hope I'm wrong.

If you want to talk science - learn the language and methodology of science. If someone is hiding something you'll need reason and scientific methodology to prove it convincingly. If someone is hiding stuff he would count on the populace to be distracted or misdirected (radar rings) because they don't have the skills to find the true anomolies. USA tests lower in scientific education than all the developed nations. Ignorance allows control of the masses.

He shows very clearly that this particular airport has been modified and seems to tell a story in pictures about the "plan" in store for the world. no - the radar saw the storm coming. The storm caused the tornado. Of course there will be storms where the radar rings show up because they are measuring storm clouds. No storms where no clouds even though there are radar rings - the radar is operating but you can't see the ring because there are no clouds to see.

As for those who want to call the rings "measurement rings" go watch his previous video's, he is able to call where the massive storms and earthquakes and volcano activity is going to be because the science behind HAARP (which he provides, go read it) triggers these anomalies, the concentrical rings overlap in the exact place of the largest storms, coincidence maybe when it happens occasionally, but when it is consistent, anyone with discerning intellect has to acknowledge the science

Hey mobile home parks seem to draw storms and tornados too. Research already been done on why it appears so. Cities cause there own microenvironments. Air pressure changes with amt of heat absorbed and radiated by buildings - causes incoming weather to usually move around urban areas rather thru. Mobile homes (and airports) are usually built on periphery of urban areas - therefore they are more likelly to have the storm hit them rather than center of town. Again focus on true anomolies

The Rings are to trigger an earthquake, to trigger massive storms for both financial devastation as well as to dispel any crowds gathered in prayer (to cover their basis, I am sure they would love to subvert any possibility that prayer could provide grace or hope or protection of people) to make their attempts less successful. Check out Vigilant Citizen, the plan is to diminish population (the less there is the easier to control) to gain control of the country through national disasters/war etc

I also have a theory for the Chicago area, The Beautification of Pope John Paul ll is Sunday. Downtown Chicago has a planned vigil using the jumbo tron screens of CBS for a huge Christian gathering to observe. The radar is around but the software code for converting the signal into digital images and combining the multiple signals into a huge map changes constantly. The rings could easily be caused by boosting the radar to better measure a threatening storm rolling in and/or when new data is uploaded the image on the map intensifies

I am not saying that weather cannot be manipulated by radar rings is not way to do it. You can't LOGICALLY argue the following: Radar rings are found wherever there is a storm clouds. Therefore radar rings cause storms.

The storm clouds cause the tornados. You see rings where you see clouds because the radar measures the clouds in a circular radius. There are no rings where there are no clouds. There are no storms where there are no clouds. The rings correlate to clouds. The clouds cause the storms. The rings do not cause the clouds nor the storms.

Consider this - I have a flashlight and my flash light has a radius of 3 feet. I notice a pattern that I find I can find earth worms using my flashlight shortly after and i see rainclouds - worm-rings! I proclaim my flashlight causes earthworms to accumulate in these worm-rings! Sure enough other people report it too . I can predict that there will be worm-rings where there are flashlights

Still looks like measurement artifacts to me. Storm clouds come in. Radar station picks up incoming clouds and the ring appears because the radar picks it up. The satelitte report of cloud concentration becomes more intense because the clouds are now in range to be shown.

dutchsinse, I respect what you are doing but have we also considered that those rings may actually be the circular range of the radar detector. In other words if we had radars absolutely everywhere on the surface of the earth, the maps would show much larger irregularly shaped rain/bad weather areas instead of the smaller circular areas that you are showing us.

The one in St. Louis looks like it could be originating from Spirit of St. Louis Airport, in Chesterfield, although it's tough to tell due to the opacity of the radar on this video. I wasn't able to view any radar from hours ago - is there a service that will let you "rewind" the radar feed by several hours? I live very near this area, and I'd love to get a more detailed view of the center of this ring.

I think theres something to this of course we get lots of weather but haarp is part of a weather modification program and they want the levees to break 2 yrs ago there was similar weather wet levee disasters, this time in area of much farmland that provides tons of food! or a little town thats gone downhill which do we choose?
