The main reason I disagree with Obama? Chicago look at that ravish high charted clean air city! Yea that should get a good laugh with someone. We didn't want him in office so now is trying to take our jobs. Go back where you belong and leave our hard working people alone. Lets keep our jobs. Oh that's right Mister Obama keeps speaking about American jobs. Funny thing is even with these windmill jobs China got those to. GOD BLESS MINERS AND REMEMBER UBB MINERS.
awesome vid man..keep em comin.....i work for a company in ky 3 94 spreads, 93 k spread, 92 g spread......we move the rock.....i run a 785 on the 93 spread....love my job man....
That's cool on all the loaders...This video was from an old job. The job I'm on now, has 789's, and 793's. We have a 94F, a 92G, and two 5230 Shovels. I'll put up something of them sometime. I'm not on the internet very much any more.
where i work we got rid of our 92g because of that problem now we run 3 992 c's and 2 994 d and a komatsu pc 4000 shovel. the older cats were made better and ran better than the new ones
I don't remember whether that was the D9, or one of our D10's. Actually, I do a little of everything. I have ran the D9, and D10's, drove the trucks, ran a loader, grader, and an excavator. I will probably take some more video one day...I just decide spur of the moment to take the camera with me.
Thanks, David...and it is much, much safer than it used to be. There's no comparison safety wise between moving the material from the surface, and crawling in a 3ft tall space a mile or two underground to dig it...it's a pity all these environment freaks think more of the mountain you're moving than human life. "Quit moving mountains, and go underground to get the coal", they say. I'd like to see them do it, knowing the mountain could fall in a second, and they would be dead.
LOVE the video!! WV coal runs in my family's blood. Grandfathers, Father, Brother and Uncles were great miners. My brother still goes under in WV. God Bless you all! Takes a real man to gamble every day! Stay safe!!
Thanks, tennleslie1. You know I've always said if I couldn't live in West Virginia anymore, my second choice would be Tennessee. Maybe if Obama gets his way, and shuts down the coal industry, we'll be neighbors.
I know exactly what you're saying...although the smokies look a lot like it. Nashville is really flat, but if I ever left here, that would be my destination. Music everywhere, and I love music...might even form a band:)

Great Song ... Great Message.
I was born in Coal Township Pennsylvania and somehow Grand Ma managed help feed a family on her small Black Lung Pension.
Minin' is safer today ... but it's still hard dangerous work.
