The 95 nebraska team was nice no doubt but 2001 hurricanes would've beat them hands down. I'm pretty sure eric crouch was faster than frasier but his speen did not matter against the canes D. Well, I think the team was ELITE; however it's fan base is far from it. I agree that an ELITE program should have a strong fan base. This unfortunately has been the case for Miami since I first started going to the games. We definitely need an in-campus stadium, much easier for students to attend.

Plus, the Canes never ran the score up. in the BCS championship game, they were up 34-0 at HALF. Nebraska did, so fo course they have better stats! The defense allowed 9.7 points per game, while the huskers allowed 14.5. 34-0 at half vs 35-10 at half. Miami is the better team by a TON. Stats don't count unless you have ALL of your starters in at ALL times.
