I'm from Louisiana. As much tv I watched back when I was playing the NES, I don't remember this commercial ever being played. And I can see why. I rented the game and played it for about 20 min and was sick of it. And I was a diehard gamer back then with no social life.

haha. i actually rented this game in t good old days of the original NES. they were so expensive, it was hard as hell! i never could beat it. the farthest i got was with that fat bald guy with the stick and those divers. you couldnt kill him and he had that stick.the gun menat nothing. you couldnt fire it in water and when u went on land it went over their heads.

Bayou Billy was a lot frustrating for most kids and perhaps that's why some people dislike it. Still, it has the konami common combination of challenge, music, details, frames*, etc.
