I LOVE horror movies, all kinds, even the crappy B movies, this movie is the most disgusting and disturbing movie I have ever seen in my life; hell, even 2 girls one cup wasn't as gross as this movie. I just finished watching it and I am seriously nauseous now......gawd that was f'd up!!
I loved the first movie. You did a great job. And there were even stereotypes in it. An evil German guy, American Girls who could barely lift there own purses, and a Japanese man who killed himself at the end for honor.
The first Human Centipede was ok, simply because Dieter Laser (Dr. Heiter) and Akihiro Kitamura (Front Centipede Piece) were well established, fantastic actors and the idea was original. Not good, not great, but ok. Mediocre.
The sequal suffers from a villian who is more funny than scary, not to mention completely uninteresting, and relies on gorey snuff rather than substance. The story is laughable, if we can even call it existent, and bored me because of that.

He was fantastic, even though I actually felt like Tom Six cheated Dieter Laser of being an even more intimidating villain. He should have made him more stealthy and not such a bad liar; it would have made him scarier.
It also sucks that we may never see Dieter Laser in another film, because he will be forever known in America for Human Centipede :\
All I can say is, I still see the potential this franchise has to offer, and I hope Final Sequence lives up to it.
All that really needs to be done is make a villian who is properly explained and is interesting. Why does he want to make a human centipede? What drives him? Stuff like that. Martin's drive is that he is obsessed with the first one, but it's never completely clear why. All we are really given is that he is sick in the head and there is mention of childhood abuse, but there are no links, no hints or flashbacks to explain properly.

@chestneychiller1 As someone who has watched both films, I say A Serbian Film tops THC2, actually. THC2 has a constant mindset, there are no ups nor downs; just constant grossness. A Serbian Film, on the other hand, starts out very lightly, builds up and then throws you into a world of fucked up. Contrasts make a whole lot of difference. Besides, it has more than mere gore and physical horror.
And A Serbian Film actually has a story, not just a tard going batshit crazy.

LOL okay so I watched this movie and I gotta say, it was way worse than the first one gore and sexual content wise, but other than that...nah. It's not the sickest movie. Go watch "A Serbian Film" and then tell me which is sicker. At least this movie doesn't have an infant rape scene.

@chestneychiller1 Yeah that child rape thing was pretty fucked up don't get me wrong, but I just think everything about this movie: the lighting, the disgusting main character, and the sight of twelve helpless naked people squirming in a filthy warehouse, also not to mention the child birth scene or where he kills his own mother :S it all adds up to the most fucked up movie i've personally seen, and good god i can't even imagine what the third one will be like!

@chestneychiller1 As someone who has watched both films, I say A Serbian Film tops THC2, actually. THC2 has a constant mindset, there are no ups nor downs; just constant grossness. A Serbian Film, on the other hand, starts out very lightly, builds up and then throws you into a world of fucked up. Contrasts make a whole lot of difference. Besides, it has more than mere gore and physical horror.
And A Serbian Film actually has a story, not just a tard going batshit crazy.
