I lost 100 pounds in a year and now in perfect Shape.
I used Asenlix anarotic pills and did 700 calories a day in my home gym while only keeping my calorie intake to under 1000 a day.
Its not that hard to lose weight but with a culture like America you are basically fucked. Where I live in the Bahamas was easy for me to lose the weight since food is already expensive here and I learn to surf so it motivated me to lose the weight.
Plus its always summer here so I always going to the beach.
ANYONE here got it done? How much is usually the recovery period? I know depends on each body, but is it a hard recovery? I want my husband to get it done, he is a hottie, but he had a wreck 4 years ago, and he was a pro weight lifter, and since he couldnt work out anymore now he kinda has a belly:)) but I want him to get that tummy tuck! CAN anyone answer pls? HE is back in the gym, doing it hard, but I want his abdomen to be like it was before, and im sure its only through a tummy tuck....s
A human being is born with all the fat cells they will eve rhave. The fat cells just have the capacity to get bigger or smaller. Even with lipo the fat in other prats of your body will just redistribute itself if a person get fats a gain.
Hmmmm, that's neat to know! I knew that about hair, but not about fat cells. So lipo would in fact, melt/suck fat pockets away leaving someone w/ less fat cells than they were born with. Then you're saying that the cells they have left would just plump up and redistribute (should the person get fat again) or would they grow back to the born #, but just not be plumped? Just curious....
this is gross

Laser liposuction is forbidden in France because of complications. The classic lipossuction is safer.

@MMATSdreadnautLOVER nope nope cant use America anymore, its all about Australia now, after all they have more fat people per capita than us.
And you could be in the fatest country in the world and still have an easy time getting slim. its personnal choice.

if they don't exercise, the fat will return even though they had lipo...
EvolutionIXRR 3 years ago
but not where its removed - once the fat cells are gone you dont grow new ones in that area -
but they can get fat elsewhere (which looks blotchy and maybe worse)
