I have found a sheet to lay on which prohibits bedbugs crawling over the bed ... permethrin is the repellent. I used it for my india trip in march and had no problems with any kind of crawling creatures. ;-)

i have decided to soak my bedsheet + comforter + pillow-case in chlorine / dettol for 1 whole day while i'm at work and then wash them when i get home as per normal in my washing machine with detergent~ and change my pillow every month~ mattress is too expensive for me to change regularly~ ;p

and regularly vacuum and mop and disinfect my room~ :p
