The way that they set this up their couldnt really have been a season 2. If they wouldnt have killed off Henry they might have been able to. The way it ended though just didnt give much room for a season 2

I like Henry as a character and I have to give him props on being able to hide his true identity for this long. Henry clearly lived a happy life and when a father comes in to their childs life at a later stage in life it has an extreme damper on their emotional state. Makes em second guess their past in this case made himself believe he was like his father(a killer)

Wakefield was on some ritualistic vision quest that required that everyone must die, even people that had nothing to do with the actual event that pissed him off

There has to be a second season to it because that black detective that is speaking with Shea tells her that Wakefield dies in the foye of the Church and that it appears that he failed to escape after setting the fire.... but remember he did escape and get's stabbed by Henry..... I am thinking he survived the stabbing and will return to get revenge by abbie, shea, and jimmy,... I betcha anything this is what's gonna happen..........
No, didn't you hear Henry explaining it to Abby? He put blood samples and everything in the fire so it looks like they all burned in it, but obviously they didn't. The detective was going based off the evidence that was there, problem was Henry planted a lot of it.
if they ever bring back the show it wud be cool if abby had wakefields kid (henry's kid) because when she woke up with only underwear on maybe henry raped her and so she might get pregnant by her half brother and have a half wakefield kid. that wud be really interesting what she wud say to her kid and tell them what their father was like i hope they bring the show back
The end waz such a shocker and it killed me to see Henry die even though he's a mad man. It was kind of sweet to see him kill his father 4 abby. But since he's her brother it was kind of sick and worse when he was all, "we can be alone & i love u stuff "!!!!
One INCREDIBLE SERIES!!!! You couldn't tell what surprises would come next in this shocker!! To see the character of Henry as a likeable dude from the onset of the story was the 'bait on the hook', so to speak... and Jon Turtletaub reeled us in with his deviously clever sense of director's skills!
This show certainly deserves an EMMY for a riveting storyline, convincing portayals by its great cast ensemble and a fantastic method of capturing the viewing audience in its powerful spell!
OMG, i can't believe this, i mean, there's others way to get abby without doing all that psycho stuffs, yes, even those he's pissed about his life, but look, at least he have lots of friends there(who he killed -.-) to supported him all the way.

Wow this was actually really sad. I mean wow, I hate to say this but poor Henry man. That guy was so lost and confused. I cried when Abby had to kill him. I'm she made it though and she was able to be with Jimmy. That's really great. I wish Henry hadn't been so crazy though...

Madison had the wisdom of a Yoda at certain points and was learning disabled at others. (Yes Madison it would be helpful to know that someone beside Wakefield was in the tunnels. Idiot)
Wakefield was on some ritualistic vision quest that required that everyone must die, even people that had nothing to do with the actual event that pissed him off

There has to be a second season to it because that black detective that is speaking with Shea tells her that Wakefield dies in the foye of the Church and that it appears that he failed to escape after setting the fire.... but remember he did escape and get's stabbed by Henry..... I am thinking he survived the stabbing and will return to get revenge by abbie, shea, and jimmy,... I betcha anything this is what's gonna happen..........

No, didn't you hear Henry explaining it to Abby? He put blood samples and everything in the fire so it looks like they all burned in it, but obviously they didn't. The detective was going based off the evidence that was there, problem was Henry planted a lot of it.

if they ever bring back the show it wud be cool if abby had wakefields kid (henry's kid) because when she woke up with only underwear on maybe henry raped her and so she might get pregnant by her half brother and have a half wakefield kid. that wud be really interesting what she wud say to her kid and tell them what their father was like i hope they bring the show back

The end waz such a shocker and it killed me to see Henry die even though he's a mad man. It was kind of sweet to see him kill his father 4 abby. But since he's her brother it was kind of sick and worse when he was all, "we can be alone & i love u stuff "!!!!

One INCREDIBLE SERIES!!!! You couldn't tell what surprises would come next in this shocker!! To see the character of Henry as a likeable dude from the onset of the story was the 'bait on the hook', so to speak... and Jon Turtletaub reeled us in with his deviously clever sense of director's skills!
This show certainly deserves an EMMY for a riveting storyline, convincing portayals by its great cast ensemble and a fantastic method of capturing the viewing audience in its powerful spell!

This was a great ending for the show. Such a tearjerker.
It's too bad CBS isn't bringing this format back. It's really a shame because this is about the only original thing on TV, scripted or otherwise.
This show just got better and better as it went along. Harper's Island will be missed greatly.
I think the way the episode is listed is ironic...
