@AnnaStarsTv Well you need to first get your white material, make sure it's quite thick and use spray starch so it stays a nice shape. Then I would sew it into a long rectangle shape (make sure to hem it) then I would attach to either end some elastic strap and sex so that it is stretchy at the back, make sure you wear the strap UNDER your ears, some cosplayers wear it over them which is just wrong lol
