@cutejessieboo321 I'm going to answer your question lol you need to buy the fertility treatment you can find it while your playing the sims in the lifetime rewards section click on rewards and theres a list of what can you buy and you will find it there.

@cutejessieboo321 if an of the parents have 10,000(+) liftetime points buy the fertility treatment in the rewards and have them hav 'it'....to determine genders, here:

3 apples= 3 boys

3 watermelons= girls

thats the only way i know how to get triplets and i dont kno how to get boys with girls i just know thta
