Remember that in CAC you can uncage your sidewinders with the U key and lock the Aim-9 on the bandit without the need of a radar lock.

I just remembered that yesterday, because i tried to do a profile for my Saitek X-45 like in the real F/A-18. I was not able to completely duplicate it, but at least the important ones. So i have now the uncage button mapped on my throttle.
