I agree with rachaelThorne1610; it is incredibly hard for most people who are overweight to eat mostly just to feed ourselves when we are truly hungry, not just having a desire to eat. Even thin people eat sometimes for emotional reasons, although theirs are usually for pleasure and cameraderie, not to sooth negative feelings. To eat only when you are hungry and stop before you are full it harder than following a diet! But it's the habit we need if we will be successful in the long run.

I eat a lot when I am angry, there is no way to stop that.
The good thing is that I can exercise a lot more than I can usually do.
