They are the same vehicle, the Q7 just doesn't have the same motors or the off-road capability (like anyone takes either off-road).

@mardook7 the Cayenne GTS is better in my opinion. Smaller more compact and better handling. Have driven both and prefer the Porsche Cayenne GTS by far. But again it depends which car suits you the most.
