It's a documentary, so the questions aren't typically included (the filmmaker tries to remove himself from the movie, typically, to prevent an image of only the topic, without any sort of slant or bias). Most of the interviews/questions dealt with the process of signing to a label and making a name for yourself as a new, unique, independent artist.

No, Grateful Dead is a band that is only understandable when you are high. My dad doesn't take drugs but in an interview with their Base Guitarist he said lots of their songs were made under the influence. Dave Matthews makes songs that are influencing in a soulful way to the whole public while Grateful Dead was aimed to please Hippies.

I've seen over 200 Dead shows, many when I was VERY high and many while I was completely sober (which I have been for a very long time). You do not need to be high to understand GD music.. I find it much more enjoyable while not high. It's comparable to listening to some avante gaurd jazz, and many do that while not high--So pull your head out-- Hell you probably only listen to Britney Spears and the like anyways.
