  • cool baseline ... but there is a meeeeeeeeeeeep all the time... now i miss my juno 6 :(

  • Yes - thats tasty!!

  • i pretty much want to do the same thing you've got going on here but I have a microKorg synth instead... so connect the tr trig out to where on the synth? sorry if it's a dumb question but I am new to this. and yes i did read the above comment.

  • @oglockwood i'm not sure the microkorg has a trigger socket - just midi. you can hook the midi out from the 707 to the midi in of the micro and clock the arp from there.

  • Larry Heard.

  • @VacTrooper yes!! :)

  • nice setup!

  • this should work for a slick porno vhs-tape ending credit.

  • hung midi note at the end?

  • Sounds like Mr.Fingers classic acid track Washing Machine.Bad sound quality but I get the vibe, enjoyed listening!.Got to forget all those fancy and handy PC plug in stuff sometimes and make good use those trigger outs of drum machines and sync and play analogue sequencers live etc its much more fun.

  • so from TR trig out to Juno's arpeggio clock? or control vcf?

  • @fahrigonzo

"so from TR trig out to Juno's arpeggio clock"

    yes.

  • awfully bad.

  • @sjmeerkees That would mean good.

  • Spot on mate, really groovy. Check out my vids for 707 action too

  • how would one sync up the Juno with the TR707?

    Great vid

  • a cable from trigger out of 707 to trigger in on the juno

  • I have a Roland SH-101. Would this cable also connect a sh-101 to a 707? What type of cable?

  • Yes. You need a 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch mono cable.

From trigger out on 707 to trigger in on the 101.

  • I almost started to dance at 1:08! Very groovy! It sounds a bit like Coldcut and similar stuff in the late 80's.

  • thanks, that what I try to do, very simple repetitive electronic stuff, I have tested a lot of way to do it, now I just have to make real multitracks recordings, but I miss some time.

  • @cosmohelectrastudio Sounds like me. I have analogue drum machines and synths, sequencers and loadsa hardware, etc and get many grooves going on, but few multitracked arrangements beyond just jamming with all my kit going into a 32 channel mixing desk. I have everything synced and triggered and tweak aux sends to reverb, compressor sidechains, ext ins, etc, tweak eq, individual drum levels, pitch, etc, etc, change keys and maybe play some RS09 in live as I go.... all in one take, then move on.

  • This is great... I love it. Really!
