I feel exactly the same, although I admit my knowledge is not as extensive as yours. As you say, the enemy understands the American mindset - which is, for the most part, oblivious to what is happening. I fear we are doomed.
@loric519 We are not doomed, but we need to wake up before we travel too far down the same road so many European countries have traveled.
My fear is that it will take an attack that dwarfs the scale of 9/11 (dirty bomb, biological, EMP, etc.) to remind people that the treat still exists, or that in the absence of violent attacks, the stealth jihad will continue undermining us from within.
Very powerful vid. Turn this into a reality show and maybe more people will become aware. Stick in any one of the Kardashians, a "Housewives of.....," or a rapper as the host and you are sure to get high ratings. Sad, so sad.
great video!!! you said all the facts i try to beat into peoples heads when they bash bush. wiretapping? fine. the patriot act hasnt changed my life at all except make it safer.thanks for this.
Excellent vid. 5 STARS!!! I completely agree that the average American is more interested in Brittany Spear than the world issues.
Phone tapping caught terrorists in USA just last week. If it is working, why should US stop it? If terrorism had occurred, the citizens would be angry that US didn't do more to stop it.
Walking around USA my homeland is also like walking in a place unknown, when I grew up, we didn't have any Muslims, not in my school, not in my neighborhood and not even in parks
The recent shootings at Ft. Hood should underscore the fact that we are at war with a dangerous, insidious ideology - an ideology that most politicians, the mainstream media and law enforcement simply refuse to identify by name.
And while they cover their asses in the names of diversity and tolerance, we are losing (giving) ground to an enemy who understands us only too well.
I agree with the basic premise of this video but honestly there's alot within this video which is still massively contested. Maybe you should reference your videos so people can see your sources? I never take anything at face value, so it would be a great help
Hey, they want to kill us SO LET'S KILL THOSE ASSHOLES FIRST and when they get to hell, instead of fucking seventy virgis, maybe they'll get to have seventy demons fucking their assholes!
And yet, when given the opportunity to disprove anything in the video, you failed to do so. No facts, no logic, nothing of any substance whatsoever.
You offer nothing more than your unfounded opinion, presented IN CAPITAL LETTERS... as if this somehow lends weight to it. But it does not.
With such keen debating skills, I can see that I'm outmatched... so I'll just go ahead and block your sorry ass, because I'm not even remotely interested in your biased opinions.
You will feel the urge to kill many other humans along with yourself as if you will always have death on your mind. The sudden side effects are yelling Allaho Akbar looking like barbarians and attacking other fellow humans just because they do not follow your stupid religion. Beheadings and stoning may become ordinary. Ossma Bin laden was effected by above symptoms, Read Koran and the rest of the stupid holy books of Islam at your own risk!
You're too modest. But I suppose I'm also complimenting myself, because I've thought the same things as you say in the video, and you took the words right out of my mouth. 10 extra points if you had mentioned how much the new episodes of the Simpsons blow. But maybe that's just me.
I wish there were more KafirAlalazoo's in this country. It has actually come true, what Ray Bradbury predicted. These people think they're smart because they can answer questions on game shows about pop culture trivia, yet none of them know the names of the men who are planning to blow them up.
Nice work! They want to kill us. We need to kill them first. How much more fucking complicated does the argument need to get? Thanks for putting the time in to do this.
So let me ask you a question, KafirAlazoo. Just how much does a "time of crisis" justify? If we are in a time of crisis can we rape, pillage, holocaust, and defecate where ever we want so that everything will be A-okay? Does the whole concept of "right and wrong" disappear in a "time of crisis" And what qualifies as a "crisis". If I have a panic attack can smash somebody in the head with a baseball bat? Is crashing planes into the Twin towers suddently okay if Bin Laden says he had a crisis?
First of all, where did I say anything about the American Army. Second, the only reason I can think of that the extremism in Iraq is more extreme is because they've been fighting over the same idiotic thing for thousands of years (things that no longer apply since there hasn't been a caliph for 100+ years). But that doesn't have anything to do with tactics.
You misunderstood. My comments had nothing to do with the military. I was just making the point that a "crisis" isn't a free pass to do whatever you want.
Okay...it's about religion. Still doesn't make it new or any harder to deal with. A bomb to a chest is a bomb to a chest.
what to you is the original intent of American government? and In deciding the constitutional cases that come before it, should the Court be bound to original intent or should it engage in an effort to keep the Constitution in tune with the times? Was original intent, in fact, the original intent of the framers themselves?
this video is full of phatos. there a lot of true things told but also mixed with the subjextive opinion of the narrator. if you put up videos like that do it only to spread out your own subjectiv opionon or just stick to the facts. because to mix it up just makes the whole thing silly. anyway gl with ur life.
The video is called "American Alienation", and is a vlog about MY feelings of alienation from my fellow Americans. I don't know what "phatos" is, but if you meant to say "pathos", I fail to see what your gripe is. The video clearly explains it's nature in the description, the title and in the opening seconds.
If you're not interested in my perceptions, nobody is forcing you to watch. But if your problem is with the vlog format, and you only want facts, you've confused YT with an encyclopedia.
Honestly, I think I would have done better than bush. You defend the Iraq war in your video...
maybe it was necessary to free the people from that dictator, but is their situation really better now? It's an anarchy-like situation, chaos for years now, people dying and dying.
For a government with such power and responsibility, the iraq war was a pure disaster and a dissapointment. They could have done better, like the US did with germany after 2nd world war...
But they didn't give a fuck. There is maybe no profit in stabilizing the Iraq and in the end these are just muslims, right? But these are civilians, children, still dying day after day, years after bush said the war is over. It just hurts to hear people defend that war and that man.
You have arguments, but they are pretty polarized.
I know it hurts. The truth has a way of stinging like that. When, for 8 years, SO MUCH is invested in destroying a man on the basis of rumor, innuendo and hearsay that somehow is heard so often and mutates into "truth" and you're still confronted by those stubborn things called "facts"...it can be deflating.
paulvick, and before you answer me, please read my post more carefully first.
I never defended Saddam, he was one of the worst dictators in history. But you sound as the Iraq was full of Saddams, all evil people, just because they're Arabs. But they're human beings just like me and you and most of them were also victims of Saddam's politics; they had hope when the Americans came, to be free finally.
Imo invading the Iraq was the right step to do, but what happened after, was just sad.
I said it was a dissapointment because the US government had the power and the potential to get this war done right, but they didn't. After Saddam was toppled, they just let the chaos rule.
And if you say, those people in the Middle East are uncivliced, then I think, a force like the USA has the responsibility to bring them civilization and freedom, that's what the civilized world is expecting from them.
sikwiti, Did the events after the defeat of Iraq go exactly as we wanted? Hell no!.
But you have to understand that this was a unconventional type of warfare we were up against, something we had no experience in. Extremist's. People we westerners dont understand (until now)
No other country could have gotten better results.
Look at the Frensh/USA in Viet Nam or the Russians in Afghanistan, we are learning.
"unconventional warfare" is a rationalization. Every war from the beginning of fucking time has claimed to be different. The only thing that makes wars different these days is nuclear weapons and that didn't define this war in Iraq. Extremism is new? Are you joking? People were strapping bombs to their chest in Vietnam too. What about the Kamikaze bombers? And on that note, all this video is is a bunch of rationalizations and non-sequiters based on short hand logic. The troops eat good in Iraq.
Goodhalo, No it's not a rationalization, it's a fact.
Though I won't disagree with your comments on the Kamikaze's or Viet Nam,
The extremism in Iraq was on a much larger scale. And if you deny that than you either are ignorant of the facts or not a subjective person.
I also dont think you truly understand his video. He is simply discussing his feelings of Alienation to other Americans who could care less what happens outside of their immediate neighborhoods. And I know how that feels.
I understand and feel sorry for you experience in Haiti, but I think that kind of obfuscates your view of things. I certainly don't see how that would make you go to the right since the GOP has displayed the same kind of jingoistic/boreish traits that cause such barberism around the world.
I lived in Okinawa Japan for 2 years. And even though they don't have amazing "freedom" and democracy we do they are just as happy as we are. For the most part.
Don't you think it's wishful thinking to think that America can fly around the world and make everything okay by spreading democracy? How can we help cultures we don't understand? I bet most people who pontificate about how we help Iraq don't know that the Sunni's live in tribes. How do you even apply democracy in Iraq when the Sunni's still live in tribal socieites?
Good, Well I guess than it's an ongoing experiment.
Look at Iraq, there voting freely and I might add that all of the sects are coming out in force.
Their percentage of people voteing is more than ours.
In the Dominican Republic, they lived with dictators forever. They have a constitution and democracy now and are very agreeable peacful people for the most part. (I lived there for a couple years)
We invaded them in the 1960's after they assasinated their last dictator, Trujillo.
Them voting is nothing new. They've been voting (and protesting our presence there) for years. BTW, in their first election they voted for someone we didn't like, somebody we labeled a "terrorist" who disapeared and instead that puppet Malaki wound up in power. That shows how much we care about their rights and "constitution".
Voting doesn't mean shit though. They had elections when violence over there was at it's highest. And the only people who were "defeated" was Al Qaida who weren't in Iraq before we went there.
See what you just did? You went from one extreme to another (aka extremism, which is the basis for the evil you demonize). You assume that because I don't think democracy is a cure all that I must not care about it at all. Ignoring the huge in-between. I'm just not naive enough to think that democracy can deal with the underlying problems in the Mid-east that have longer than America has. The mid-east will only get better when they stop hating each other and democracy won't help with that.
It doesn't. You can get as indignant as you want, throw out a million non-sequiters and ad-hominem attacks as you want, but the fact remains that inspite of "democracy" and voting people are still getting killed. Don't need to live under tyranny to put 2 and 2 together. It's also kinda extreme that you think somebody has to share your experience to know what they're talking about.
So you judge the world because of what happened in Haiti and throw a tantrum when your judgement is questioned? That's not the way to go about validating your opinion.
All the same things. My time in the Military gave me a little extra info too. Plus, no offense, I truly have common sense on my side. See, common sense says if you don't like worst aspects of the world you don't go down a path that will turn you into bad aspects. Which America is. You also don't make things worse by imposing yourself on others.
With all of those trillions of petro-dollars the greedy rulers didn't invest it into their infrasturcture or into education. Why do you think that so many of their people live in squalor and are easy targets for recruitment into terror orgs?
With the promise of martyrdom and there families being paid, who wouldn't choose death over poverty?
And as the world goes to alternative engergy and their only source of income gone, They are fucked!
Good, You do need to read the book that I mentioned because you don't have a fricken clue as to what it's like to live under tyranny, I have seen intolerance first hand.
Saddam killed, tortured and gassed hundred's of thousands of his people. You don't think my forefathers gave there lives so you could talk your liberal bullshit?
You are devoid of reality, common sense and history.
Stay in your cushy western home and keep talking your ignorant bullshit.
I'm also pretty sure that "your" forefathers didn't give their lives so you can revise history. Hundreds of thousands of people died under Saddam over the course of 20+ years. Hundreds of thousands of people have died in Iraq while we've been there in 5 years. Do the math.
Okay, let's assume it's *only* 100k (although I've heard over a million total, counting Americans and Iraqies). 100k is still the total when we've been there 1/4 the time Saddam was in charge. That should tell you something.
"1-million LOL! I knew that's the number you would use, HAHAHAHAH
Yea I know it's better to live in fear....You just don't get it. Read the book or one like it. "
Now you're just being purposely obnoxious to avoid the point. What it's like to live under tyranny is as irrelevant to this conversation as living with Aids is in a conversation about curing it. Two different things. I'm not saying tyranny is good, I'm saying we're not helping.
1-million is the official liberal statistic. You dont think I have heard that a hundred times from people like you?
That's why it made me laugh.
And living in Fear is not irrelevant. I know what it's like to be warned about voicing your dissent. To have people dressed in black come into your house and confiscate your passport
To have to tape signs to the front of your employees that praise the president when the Pro-president crowd is outside.
"1-million is the official liberal statistic. You dont think I have heard that a hundred times from people like you?"
So much for you being moderate. That's the same old right wing tactic of shooting the messenger. Anyway, yes, it is irrelevant to this conversation. I can understand why you cloud the issue, but it's not going to work. Are they better off? No, they're not. Saddam wasn't the underlying problem in Iraq. Hatred is. And that hatred still exists.
I am not going to discuss this further with you. Becuase as someone who has never lived in fear, who has always had the luxury of freedom and freedom to say whatever you want, you don't have a frame of refererence, no experience. I would rather be dead than have to be afraid about voicing my dissent/opinion. I have lived it.
My opinion is that they are better off and will be even more so in the next 5-10 years.
Good luck to you. Hope you get that chip off your shoulder and can have a rational conversation without relying on subterfuge.
I've lived in fear. I'm in fear right now. I fear that my country will slide down a slope of arrogance and become as bad as the terrorist. In part because of people who are blinded such as yourself.
You really gonna complain about me insulting you after that tantrum you threw when I pointed out your hypocritical extremism? Listen, despite any self serving assumptions you've made about me, I've been around. You're not the first person I've known who's taken a tragic event and turned it into a crutch that your world revolves around. You practically brag about what happened in Haiti. Now that's some pathetic attention whoring.
So your adding ageism to your list of idiotic arguments? Point is, you can't stay on topic. You gotta deflect everything back to your experience in Haiti or some logical fallacy or idiotic assumption.
" I was simply pointing out what a little child with no experience you are."
Wow, an insult, you must be liberal. I don't know why you say "you've lived in fear" in the past tense. Seems obvious to me you still do. Fear and denial.
Oh boy out comes the political correctness..lol. Excuse me for my blatant use of ageism, Whe I say that along with no real life experience you haven't been alive long enough to aquire wisdom.
How many more "Ism's" do you have for me...lol. Now your just being ludicrous.
Your good with words and trying to dissect what somones saying and than trying to use it against them, that's it.
That's why I say you should be writing speeches for the libs.
And yes, you most definetly threw a tantrum. I called you out on your extremism and you started throwing out insults only to later whine about me insulting you. Now that you are engaging in massive hypocrisy and denial you are, without a doubt, a far right person.
Anyway, since you seem incapable of walking away from this (no matter how many times you try) I have to end it. Gotta go live my life. Have fun living in fear and denial.
Fear and denial? Why dose this all sum up to fear and denial as your defining conclusion of the conservative party? Fear? If someone is going to put a bomb in your house do you not put one in their house first. Why if you know your enemy is at the threshold would you not prepare or prevent it. If we put down our guns will they play nice? There is evil in the world, there are some who are beyond rehabilitation. It is not fear it is wise.
Denial?because we don't think like you we are in denial, you see the world as it could be, we see it as it is.. We present our facts, you present yours. If they vary, then one is not a fact. as if I am to assume your source is more valid than mine.
Um, you seem to be taking the things I've said about that PaulVick idiot and assuming I imply them to the whole conservative party. I do think most conservatives rely on denial in arguments (because their party is so overwhelmingly wrong nowadays) and monger fear as a means of manipulation but that's neither here nor there right now because in this particular video, I'm not talking about conservative party when I talk about fear and denial.
you are correct. They are overwhelmingly wrong because they aquessed to the left. They lost their way. I assure you they are listening to us now!! I still don't see how you can call this fear and denial.Americans for the most part don't understand the threats or see the need for action. despots loathe cowards. Despots rely on the lefts denial. The left fears government intrusion, yet is silent when it comes to foreign and domestic aggressors. why is that ??
I'm also saying that democracy isn't going to cure the hatred that has existed in that part of the world 4 times longer than the USA has fucking existed? Do you comprehend how deep this hatred goes? Do you even know why they hate each other?
Shiite's believe only descendants of Muhammed can be Caliphs while Sunni's think anybody can be. Which is insane because there hasn't been a Caliph since the late 1800's.
There's more to it than that but that's the basics of it. It also goes all the way back to when Muhammed kicked his enemies out of Mecca but that's a different story.
BTW, Saudi Arabia and Egypt are more "peaceful" than other nations in the middle area and they're not democractic. So your point about Turkey is completely moot.
Another thing, when you say "most of the world is not a fuzzy warm place" I would argue that most of the world is just as fuzzy and warm as America. We're not even the most democratic nation in the world. Sweden, Denmark, Holland, Australia, Italy, Ireland, Brazil, France, England, Norway, Greenland, Iceland, Japan, Canada, India, Turkey etc etc. All pretty good places. You just seem to fixate on places like Haity...that are in the minority.
Tansylvania is a part of Romania, not to trying to be an ass . I bought a book about the area (Wallachia)
It's on my travel list.
I'm done now. I have to get back to work.
The bottom line is this is a video about his feelings of alienation to his fellow Americans and I completly understand as I had told some of my close friends upon returning home that I felt that way before I saw his video.
sikwtit, And you know what? we did bring them civilization and freedom...
The Middle East complains about Abu Gharib prison workers making fun of the prisoners but than takes joy in a persons head being sawed off slowly with a knife ?Like that person is a animal? Less than human?
When is the last time your heard a western country accused of this.
Dont play games with me.
See we allow people to make there own decisions on their lives.
Lies, I can't believe I fell for, sorry humanity I was a smuck, 911 was and is an inside job, yeah yeah I know the big bad Muslim is gunna kill us all, right ok sure, alright I'll hate the boogie man again, just please CIA don't spray us with bio weapons or nukes inside the USA, if you wanna invade more countries, go ahead. Just don't kill us again like you did on 9/11 so you could have war. Hopefully history will repeat itself quickly and this empire will over reach. Ron Paul 2012.
Thank you for identifying yourself as a Ron Paul supporter. You can't imagine how shocked and and surprised we are by this revelation, following the verbal diarrhea about your nonsensical, unfounded "theories".
Until you identified yourself as a Rontard, I had you pegged either as a Lyndon LaRouche freak, or a member of the Westboro Baptist Church.
It's just so hard to tell you brain-damaged psychotics apart these days.
Piokolby, Lay of the weed buddy messes with your comman sense and makes you believe conspiracy stories. You are the people that make me crazy with your ignorance.
Piokolby: I have a question for you. Do you have a brain or you just repeat as an answering machine the stupid ideas anti-americans spread? Some times I doubt there is any hope for our world, it full of dumbs as you
Watching from a liberal perspective, I found this video both entertaining and informative, and I found myself agreeing with the majority of the points you brought up! My one beef with this video is your point countering how George W. Bush being the worst president ever. What you said comes off to me as giving him a free pass on mistakes that were made during his administration, even considering the tiems we live in. I wish everyone could be as intelligent as yourself though. 5 Stars.
Not a free pass - there are many things he did that I do not agree with... many of them in his last year in office.
However, I still believe it is easy to play the armchair quarterback, and a much different story when you are sitting at The Resolute Desk, with the fate of the free world in your hands.
We are not privy to classified intelligence, full knowledge of the various strategies and players involved, or even full knowledge of our own deterrent capabilities.
Awesome video that puts into coherent words & compelling images what many of us have been silently feeling for ages... my husband & I don't have television, so we are mercifully spared that idiocy, but I can't help feeling that somehow we are now living in a Fahrenheit 451 kind of environment when completely stupid entertainment occupies the every waking thought of most people... and the "news" is just more entertainment. Thanks for your sincere efforts to wake people up out of their torpor!
This is beautiful. The last line really got me. I am drawing farther and farther away as well. Its 1938 all over again. They'll remember us one day as the people who were trying to tell them...like Churchill. Sadly.
You miserable bastard. I bet you don`t cry when the dreams and aspirations of a wannabee global superstar are publically and cruelly shattered on American idol. You`ve probably never even considered the feelings of the 4 muslims who are oblivious of their religion`s obligation to ensure humanity accepts nothing other than the one true religion. Obama has shown that the world has moved on, it doesn`t matter if you`re black or white..easy as ABC.
Yuuhhuuu obama is been voted(sarcastic). Great Welcome to the Islamisation of the united states. Our leftish shithole politicians already do a great job in the islamisation of europe. And now with obama you will have the same problem. I see already the outcome for the End of the 21century. No place for christians anymore and being the slaves of Islam.
Beautiful brother! I hope you are interested in running some sort of political carrier either up front or behind. We certainly need thinkers like you. peace.
Thanks very much, however I doubt politics is in the cards for me.
For starters, I don't work and play well with others. Only my wife has been willing to put up with my crap for any length of time, and I'd need more than just her vote to win.
Then there's the matter of my immaturity.
Upon reading your comment, my first thought was, "I'll take it up front, but I prefer it from behind."
See what I mean?
I doubt even Joe "The Gaffenator" Biden could get away with anything so crass.
Your videos should be on TV. If Obama can run his hot-air informercial, maybe we could get some of this stuff out. Think about it...as many people that donate to campains, I hope there is someone with the awareness and means to get this needed message out. Alalazoo explains it so well, if he just had more ears tuned in....
Bush's wiretaps are nothing compared to Clinton's expansion of ECHELON. Thanks to his last bit of "anti-terrorist legislation" virtually every phone call made in the US, Mexico and Canada scanned by voice recognition super computers. Britain has a similar system. The spat over Bush's few wiretaps was actually to give the system more credibility so people will trust it more. And that's nothing compared to the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank issuing our currency:
Great video, I just wish more people would just try to even understand another point of view... :) Going to check out all of your other videos too! Thank you for finally speaking out for all of us who are too quiet and don't. I know I do it too, of course... but I'm trying, and I do speak out for others. Just try to point out how'd they feel, thank you for pointing out facts and opening our eyes.
I'm glad you liked the video, and I hope you'll share it with others. Knowledge is the key to winning this struggle, and I fear too many in the west are living with blinders over their eyes.
EXCELLENT! every sorry ass member of Congress should be made to watch this every day for the next year. You are totally correct, because we've become so apathetic we now have some lunatic dream boy that thinks he's Martin Luther King running for President, and worse..a following of welfare suck ups that think it's "cool" to vote for this pathetic jerk. Get us out of the UN, deport 20 million il-leagals and burn down the mosques in this county.
lol well to be honest, this video has only one solution. Lets nuke the entire middle east. And throw in a few Asian countries too! I mean seriously lets say that everything in the video is right? What could you do? There is no way of fighting a war on terror because terror is not country, it is not an area, it is a mindset. But in reality I would love to go to a bar with this narcissistic asshole and throw down a few beers and scream, get good and wasted, laugh it off and go to a strip club.
This is very well made, i hope it hits millions of views!

Excellent point in your comment, but when will the leaders of USA see this? Before USA is a Sharia nation?

This is a V-Log about my feelings of alienation from my fellow Americans, who seem to be apathetic to the many threats we face.
This is NOT a documentary, and if you are interested in these "massively contested" issues, I suggest you do your own research... just as I did.
I fail to see how it is my responsibility to provide you with sources, or to be a 'great help' in your education.
If you do not want to take this video at face value, that is entirely your prerogative, and not my concern.

With such keen debating skills, I can see that I'm outmatched... so I'll just go ahead and block your sorry ass, because I'm not even remotely interested in your biased opinions.

Warning > Islam may cause suicidal tendencies.

I find that the suckyness of new Simpsons episodes is offset by the awesomeness of new South Park episodes.

GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Goodhalo, The American Army is the best behaved army in the world.
Just because you can cite a handful of crimes commited by a handful of soldiers is insignifigant.
There were over 150,000 troops there. Your always going to have a few idiots.
I can guarantee that if it was another Middle Eastren Army there would have 100% more.
I lived in Haiti when the UN came in and the Jordanian contingency commited the worst massacres.
They saw the Haitians as less tham human.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
First of all, where did I say anything about the American Army. Second, the only reason I can think of that the extremism in Iraq is more extreme is because they've been fighting over the same idiotic thing for thousands of years (things that no longer apply since there hasn't been a caliph for 100+ years). But that doesn't have anything to do with tactics.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
You implied that with your comments about in a time of crisis it was ok to, rape, pillage......
Look this has to do with religion, the tactics.
The cutting off of heads is practiced because their idol mohammed personaly cut the heads off of hundreds of people.
The sucide crap is because of the teaching of martyrdom and the reward of heaven and 72 virgins.
The French resistance didn't use these tactics in WW2 and they were very successful.
These tactics are soley about religion and culture
paulvick2002 2 years ago
You misunderstood. My comments had nothing to do with the military. I was just making the point that a "crisis" isn't a free pass to do whatever you want.
Okay...it's about religion. Still doesn't make it new or any harder to deal with. A bomb to a chest is a bomb to a chest.

what to you is the original intent of American government? and In deciding the constitutional cases that come before it, should the Court be bound to original intent or should it engage in an effort to keep the Constitution in tune with the times? Was original intent, in fact, the original intent of the framers themselves?

this video is full of phatos. there a lot of true things told but also mixed with the subjextive opinion of the narrator. if you put up videos like that do it only to spread out your own subjectiv opionon or just stick to the facts. because to mix it up just makes the whole thing silly. anyway gl with ur life.
sublime2u 3 years ago

They could have done better, like the US did with germany after 2nd world war...
sikwitit345 3 years ago
But they didn't give a fuck. There is maybe no profit in stabilizing the Iraq and in the end these are just muslims, right? But these are civilians, children, still dying day after day, years after bush said the war is over. It just hurts to hear people defend that war and that man.
You have arguments, but they are pretty polarized.
sikwitit345 3 years ago
I know it hurts. The truth has a way of stinging like that. When, for 8 years, SO MUCH is invested in destroying a man on the basis of rumor, innuendo and hearsay that somehow is heard so often and mutates into "truth" and you're still confronted by those stubborn things called "facts"...it can be deflating.
rollotwomassey 3 years ago
sikwitit, Most Arabs were killed by other Arabs, Get it together.
You have no clue as to the mentality of alot of non western people due to your upbringing and culture.
I have seen the reality of what uncivilized people will do.
Don't compare the rest of the worlds people to your ideals and morals lest you be the fool or ignorant.
paulvick2002 3 years ago
sikwitit, Please get out more.
How many Kurds did Saddam gas?
How manny people were killed during his reign?
Look at the country today.
Don't answer me without actualy looking up the facts first.
paulvick2002 3 years ago
paulvick, and before you answer me, please read my post more carefully first.
I never defended Saddam, he was one of the worst dictators in history. But you sound as the Iraq was full of Saddams, all evil people, just because they're Arabs. But they're human beings just like me and you and most of them were also victims of Saddam's politics; they had hope when the Americans came, to be free finally.
sikwitit345 3 years ago
Imo invading the Iraq was the right step to do, but what happened after, was just sad.
I said it was a dissapointment because the US government had the power and the potential to get this war done right, but they didn't. After Saddam was toppled, they just let the chaos rule.
And if you say, those people in the Middle East are uncivliced, then I think, a force like the USA has the responsibility to bring them civilization and freedom, that's what the civilized world is expecting from them.
sikwitit345 3 years ago
sikwiti, Did the events after the defeat of Iraq go exactly as we wanted? Hell no!.
But you have to understand that this was a unconventional type of warfare we were up against, something we had no experience in. Extremist's. People we westerners dont understand (until now)
No other country could have gotten better results.
Look at the Frensh/USA in Viet Nam or the Russians in Afghanistan, we are learning.
paulvick2002 3 years ago
"unconventional warfare" is a rationalization. Every war from the beginning of fucking time has claimed to be different. The only thing that makes wars different these days is nuclear weapons and that didn't define this war in Iraq. Extremism is new? Are you joking? People were strapping bombs to their chest in Vietnam too. What about the Kamikaze bombers? And on that note, all this video is is a bunch of rationalizations and non-sequiters based on short hand logic. The troops eat good in Iraq.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Goodhalo, No it's not a rationalization, it's a fact.
Though I won't disagree with your comments on the Kamikaze's or Viet Nam,
The extremism in Iraq was on a much larger scale. And if you deny that than you either are ignorant of the facts or not a subjective person.
I also dont think you truly understand his video. He is simply discussing his feelings of Alienation to other Americans who could care less what happens outside of their immediate neighborhoods. And I know how that feels.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
I understand and feel sorry for you experience in Haiti, but I think that kind of obfuscates your view of things. I certainly don't see how that would make you go to the right since the GOP has displayed the same kind of jingoistic/boreish traits that cause such barberism around the world.
I lived in Okinawa Japan for 2 years. And even though they don't have amazing "freedom" and democracy we do they are just as happy as we are. For the most part.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Good, I am a moderate. Being overseas opened my eyes..
I believe in common sense and reality now, not wishful thinking or theories.
As I say on my page most of the world is not a fuzzy warm place.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
Don't you think it's wishful thinking to think that America can fly around the world and make everything okay by spreading democracy? How can we help cultures we don't understand? I bet most people who pontificate about how we help Iraq don't know that the Sunni's live in tribes. How do you even apply democracy in Iraq when the Sunni's still live in tribal socieites?
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Good, Well I guess than it's an ongoing experiment.
Look at Iraq, there voting freely and I might add that all of the sects are coming out in force.
Their percentage of people voteing is more than ours.
In the Dominican Republic, they lived with dictators forever. They have a constitution and democracy now and are very agreeable peacful people for the most part. (I lived there for a couple years)
We invaded them in the 1960's after they assasinated their last dictator, Trujillo.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
Them voting is nothing new. They've been voting (and protesting our presence there) for years. BTW, in their first election they voted for someone we didn't like, somebody we labeled a "terrorist" who disapeared and instead that puppet Malaki wound up in power. That shows how much we care about their rights and "constitution".
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Good, There only voting becuase of our presence.
The foriegn terrorist's tried to and were somewhat sucessful early on, in starting a secular war.
That has been defeated and the different sects are for the most part living together now in a young democracy.
Check them out in 5 to 10 years.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
Voting doesn't mean shit though. They had elections when violence over there was at it's highest. And the only people who were "defeated" was Al Qaida who weren't in Iraq before we went there.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Good, Voting dosen't mean shit? Tell that to the Iraqi's or the Cubans for that matter.
Voting is the cornerstone of Democracy and if you don't think that's important than I don't even know what to say.
Other than read a book about dictators and what thats like.
I suggest "The Feast Of The Goat"
by Mario Vargas Llosa.
Great read about what it's like to live under a dictatorship.
Or if you like movies and want a short version "In The Time Of Butterflies"
Same dictator.
See ya.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
See what you just did? You went from one extreme to another (aka extremism, which is the basis for the evil you demonize). You assume that because I don't think democracy is a cure all that I must not care about it at all. Ignoring the huge in-between. I'm just not naive enough to think that democracy can deal with the underlying problems in the Mid-east that have longer than America has. The mid-east will only get better when they stop hating each other and democracy won't help with that.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Good, And you accuse me of extremism because I question your comment that voting doesn't mean shit?
And than write another message saying again it dosen't?
Well maybe it doesn't to a commie pinko ho like you.
To free people it does.
You should be working for the politburo in China.
Piss off.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
They dont have to share my experience. But get out and travel and I dont mean staying at the all-inclusive resort either.
I am trired of spoiled children that grew up in the suburbs thinking they understand the world and other cultures.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
So you judge the world because of what happened in Haiti and throw a tantrum when your judgement is questioned? That's not the way to go about validating your opinion.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
What are you talking about, I base my opinions from living abroad, taveling, reading books, watching documentaries ect.
What validates your opinion?
paulvick2002 2 years ago
All the same things. My time in the Military gave me a little extra info too. Plus, no offense, I truly have common sense on my side. See, common sense says if you don't like worst aspects of the world you don't go down a path that will turn you into bad aspects. Which America is. You also don't make things worse by imposing yourself on others.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
And the Middle East is going down in flames.
And as the world goes to alternative engergy and their only source of income gone, They are fucked!
paulvick2002 2 years ago
We are all probably fucked. The U.S more so than others. That's another discussion though.
Anyway, democracy won't do them any good. As you seem to recognize.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago

GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Good, You do need to read the book that I mentioned because you don't have a fricken clue as to what it's like to live under tyranny, I have seen intolerance first hand.
Saddam killed, tortured and gassed hundred's of thousands of his people. You don't think my forefathers gave there lives so you could talk your liberal bullshit?
You are devoid of reality, common sense and history.
Stay in your cushy western home and keep talking your ignorant bullshit.
What a ignorant fool.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
And yeah smart guy, Ask my Cuban friend what it's like to live under Castro.
You need to comment on things you have experience on like Sony Playstation
paulvick2002 2 years ago
I'm also pretty sure that "your" forefathers didn't give their lives so you can revise history. Hundreds of thousands of people died under Saddam over the course of 20+ years. Hundreds of thousands of people have died in Iraq while we've been there in 5 years. Do the math.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
The UN puts the death toll just over 100K.
You liberals love to inflate numbers for
"Shock value"
paulvick2002 2 years ago
Okay, let's assume it's *only* 100k (although I've heard over a million total, counting Americans and Iraqies). 100k is still the total when we've been there 1/4 the time Saddam was in charge. That should tell you something.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
1-million LOL! I knew that's the number you would use, HAHAHAHAH
Yea I know it's better to live in fear....You just don't get it. Read the book or one like it.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
"1-million LOL! I knew that's the number you would use, HAHAHAHAH
Yea I know it's better to live in fear....You just don't get it. Read the book or one like it. "
Now you're just being purposely obnoxious to avoid the point. What it's like to live under tyranny is as irrelevant to this conversation as living with Aids is in a conversation about curing it. Two different things. I'm not saying tyranny is good, I'm saying we're not helping.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
1-million is the official liberal statistic. You dont think I have heard that a hundred times from people like you?
That's why it made me laugh.
And living in Fear is not irrelevant. I know what it's like to be warned about voicing your dissent. To have people dressed in black come into your house and confiscate your passport
To have to tape signs to the front of your employees that praise the president when the Pro-president crowd is outside.
So dont tell me the iraqis arent better off
paulvick2002 2 years ago
"1-million is the official liberal statistic. You dont think I have heard that a hundred times from people like you?"
So much for you being moderate. That's the same old right wing tactic of shooting the messenger. Anyway, yes, it is irrelevant to this conversation. I can understand why you cloud the issue, but it's not going to work. Are they better off? No, they're not. Saddam wasn't the underlying problem in Iraq. Hatred is. And that hatred still exists.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
I am not going to discuss this further with you. Becuase as someone who has never lived in fear, who has always had the luxury of freedom and freedom to say whatever you want, you don't have a frame of refererence, no experience. I would rather be dead than have to be afraid about voicing my dissent/opinion. I have lived it.
My opinion is that they are better off and will be even more so in the next 5-10 years.
Your's isn't, good luck to you.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
Good luck to you. Hope you get that chip off your shoulder and can have a rational conversation without relying on subterfuge.
I've lived in fear. I'm in fear right now. I fear that my country will slide down a slope of arrogance and become as bad as the terrorist. In part because of people who are blinded such as yourself.

paulvick2002 2 years ago
You really gonna complain about me insulting you after that tantrum you threw when I pointed out your hypocritical extremism? Listen, despite any self serving assumptions you've made about me, I've been around. Now that's some pathetic attention whoring.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Good, Hypocritical extremism? Yeah sure.
As far as Haiti goes thats not the only country I have lived in. And it's not the only country I saw something uncivilzed in either.
Go ahead and put your liberal spin on it, that's what your good at. You should be writing speeches for Obama.
I was simply pointing out that I have real world experience and you do not.
And that must realy bother you so much that you came up with your "Victim propaganda" LOL!
You realy think too much of yourself
paulvick2002 2 years ago
Yeah you've been around allright, around the shopping mall!!! And the arcade!
And Tantrum? I was simply pointing out what a little child with no experience you are.
IT's ok because when you hit your early 30's you will understand.
Maybe you should print this out so you can read it in 5-years when you grow up.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
So your adding ageism to your list of idiotic arguments? Point is, you can't stay on topic. You gotta deflect everything back to your experience in Haiti or some logical fallacy or idiotic assumption.
" I was simply pointing out what a little child with no experience you are."
Wow, an insult, you must be liberal. I don't know why you say "you've lived in fear" in the past tense. Seems obvious to me you still do. Fear and denial.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Oh boy out comes the political correctness..lol. Excuse me for my blatant use of ageism, Whe I say that along with no real life experience you haven't been alive long enough to aquire wisdom.
How many more "Ism's" do you have for me...lol. Now your just being ludicrous.
Your good with words and trying to dissect what somones saying and than trying to use it against them, that's it.
That's why I say you should be writing speeches for the libs.
You have some weird hang up with haiti
paulvick2002 2 years ago
And yes, you most definetly threw a tantrum. I called you out on your extremism and you started throwing out insults only to later whine about me insulting you. Now that you are engaging in massive hypocrisy and denial you are, without a doubt, a far right person.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Anyway, since you seem incapable of walking away from this (no matter how many times you try) I have to end it. Gotta go live my life. Have fun living in fear and denial.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Do you want to hear about the head I saw in a drainage ditch in another country?
Might be some more material for you
paulvick2002 2 years ago
Fear and denial? Why dose this all sum up to fear and denial as your defining conclusion of the conservative party? Fear? If someone is going to put a bomb in your house do you not put one in their house first. Why if you know your enemy is at the threshold would you not prepare or prevent it. If we put down our guns will they play nice? There is evil in the world, there are some who are beyond rehabilitation. It is not fear it is wise.
chopngratty 2 years ago
Denial?because we don't think like you we are in denial, you see the world as it could be, we see it as it is.. We present our facts, you present yours. If they vary, then one is not a fact. as if I am to assume your source is more valid than mine.
chopngratty 2 years ago 2
Um, you seem to be taking the things I've said about that PaulVick idiot and assuming I imply them to the whole conservative party. I do think most conservatives rely on denial in arguments (because their party is so overwhelmingly wrong nowadays) and monger fear as a means of manipulation but that's neither here nor there right now because in this particular video, I'm not talking about conservative party when I talk about fear and denial.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
you are correct. The left fears government intrusion, yet is silent when it comes to foreign and domestic aggressors. why is that ??
chopngratty 2 years ago 7
GoodOldHalo, Well thanks for calling me an idiot. That dosen't fit the stereotype of typicical liberals...lol!
Let;s hear about your views....About your opinion of this video in particular....

BTW, I haven't "lived in fear" yet I still know more about the Mid-east than you. So take your precious experience and blow it out your shorts.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
I'm also saying that democracy isn't going to cure the hatred that has existed in that part of the world 4 times longer than the USA has fucking existed? Do you comprehend how deep this hatred goes? Do you even know why they hate each other?
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Well it's peacful in Turkey........Someone said that.
The hatred had to do with sunni vs shite and has to do with each groups belief of the last prophete or iman something like that.
I could be more specific as I have the books close by.
paulvick2002 2 years ago
Shiite's believe only descendants of Muhammed can be Caliphs while Sunni's think anybody can be. Which is insane because there hasn't been a Caliph since the late 1800's.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
There's more to it than that but that's the basics of it. It also goes all the way back to when Muhammed kicked his enemies out of Mecca but that's a different story.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
BTW, Saudi Arabia and Egypt are more "peaceful" than other nations in the middle area and they're not democractic. So your point about Turkey is completely moot.
GoodOldHalo 2 years ago
Another thing, when you say "most of the world is not a fuzzy warm place" I would argue that most of the world is just as fuzzy and warm as America. We're not even the most democratic nation in the world. Sweden, Denmark, Holland, Australia, Italy, Ireland, Brazil, France, England, Norway, Greenland, Iceland, Japan, Canada, India, Turkey etc etc. All pretty good places. You just seem to fixate on places like Haity...that are in the minority.

There are hundreds of countries.
African nations, Middle eastren countries(52 of those), Sri Lanka, China, Cuba (Soon Venezuela) and many more.
These are countries with dictatorships or monarchies that supress freedom. Or commit mass murders to their own people. Human rights abuses......
The literacy rate in the Middle East is lower than in the Carribean.
LIke 33% of women and 50% of men

Piokolby: I have a question for you. Do you have a brain or you just repeat as an answering machine the stupid ideas anti-americans spread? Some times I doubt there is any hope for our world, it full of dumbs as you

a year ago! And look, now.
Israel is standing up to terrorism.
On THEIR own soil..This is so
well done.
52joan 3 years ago
Thank you.
Israel has been standing up to terrorism since the birth of their nation, and few Americans understand they are on the front lines of a global war.
There is a reason Nasrallah and his ilk refer to Israel as the "Little Satan", and America as the "Great Satan".
When they are done with Israel, they intend to come for us next.

Kafir, The Muslims having a saying that goes "First comes Saturday than come Sunday"
This means first come the Jews (who'es sabbath is on saturday ) and then next come the Christians (who'es sabbath is on sundays.)

5 Stars.
Redthunder678 3 years ago
Not a free pass - there are many things he did that I do not agree with... many of them in his last year in office.
However, I still believe it is easy to play the armchair quarterback, and a much different story when you are sitting at The Resolute Desk, with the fate of the free world in your hands.
We are not privy to classified intelligence, full knowledge of the various strategies and players involved, or even full knowledge of our own deterrent capabilities.
I'm glad you like the video.

Kafiralalazoo is a brilliant man.
All his videos deserve 10 stars not just 5.:)
STOPShariaLAWnow 3 years ago
Thank you, but I've got to disagree.
You only think I'm brilliant because I agree with your ideology, and i am able to express myself reasonably well.
In point of fact, I'm muddling my way through life, just like everyone else.
KafirAlalazoo 3 years ago
kafiralalazoo, stop being modest, you deserve the compliments. I said that you are brilliant because that's the truth not because you and I agree .
You are a very intelligent man. PERIOD! :)

Excellent video by the way.
sherpasocks 3 years ago 3
Yeah, yeah... but the dreams and aspirations of one wannabee global superstar were NOT shattered. In fact, he was elected President.
You're right about me being a bastard, but in spite of this fact, I'm glad you liked the video.
KafirAlalazoo 3 years ago
Yuuhhuuu obama is been voted(sarcastic). Great Welcome to the Islamisation of the united states. Our leftish shithole politicians already do a great job in the islamisation of europe. And now with obama you will have the same problem. I see already the outcome for the End of the 21century. No place for christians anymore and being the slaves of Islam.

Beautiful brother! I hope you are interested in running some sort of political carrier either up front or behind. We certainly need thinkers like you. peace.
azrael8585 3 years ago
Thanks very much, however I doubt politics is in the cards for me.
For starters, I don't work and play well with others. Only my wife has been willing to put up with my crap for any length of time, and I'd need more than just her vote to win.
Then there's the matter of my immaturity.
Upon reading your comment, my first thought was, "I'll take it up front, but I prefer it from behind."
See what I mean?
I doubt even Joe "The Gaffenator" Biden could get away with anything so crass.
KafirAlalazoo 3 years ago
Gotca bro! I can still favotite this vid though!
So you won't run, so you can't hide...lol.
I hope you received the e-mail circulating from a speech by Aussie prime minister John Howard? I just opened it THIS morn.
It's a great statement on ones pariotism for ones country.
It basically states, "if you don't mind our laws, we will toss your ass."
It's just what this country could use a good dose of. Strong language by our leaders instead of cow towwing they do.
azrael8585 3 years ago
Your videos should be on TV. If Obama can run his hot-air informercial, maybe we could get some of this stuff out. Think about it...as many people that donate to campains, I hope there is someone with the awareness and means to get this needed message out. Alalazoo explains it so well, if he just had more ears tuned in....
Thermoburn 3 years ago
Thank you. I agree!
Everyone should send me money so I can put my videos on television!
The television I have in mind is either the Samsung LN46A550 46" 1080i LCD TV, or perhaps the Sony Bravia KDL-46XBR5 46" LCD HDTV.
Either one would be quite acceptable in my living room... so bring on the donations! :D

EXCELLENT! every sorry ass member of Congress should be made to watch this every day for the next year.
